MotoGP Insider's Night:THURSDAY night we are offering our unique 'Insider's Night' as a special guest of team San Carlo Honda Gresini. You will tour the paddock, see the pits, meet the team and riders, and learn about how a MotoGP team operates! This is the VERY BEST way to tour the paddock and get this amazing insight!

REMEMBER: PRICES ARE QUOTED WITHOUT TICKETS. You may choose any ticket with any package when booking.This year we have THREE great options to satisfy different budget needs. The Special package is in a clean and simple 2* hotel in Alcaniz 15 minutes from the track; the 'Castle' package is is the astounding Parador dominating the city skyline (and VERY limited space) the Deluxe is in a stunning rural 5* retreat 50 minutes from track, literally used by Spanish Royalty, and one of the best hotels we have ever used.

Aragon gets the top VIP treatment! Certainly in the top 3 hotels we have ever used; our 'Royal' package is where the King of Spain himself stays. The 15th century estate house overlooks its own 220 acres of formal rose gardens, olive and almond trees and wheat fields bordered by a river. If you can tear yourself away from the hotel, our VIP shuttle takes you door to door on Saturday and Sunday (Friday optional), about a 50 minute journey. Thursday night, if you are in town, we highly recommend you join us in the paddock for our unique 'Insider's night' opportunity to meet a MotoGP team; followed by shared cost dinner in Alcaniz. Friday we have our opening reception at the hotel with dinner and drinks & guest speaker. Saturday is a free evening - optionally we offer the exclusive MotoNight dinner in the paddock. Sunday we have a grill party in the gardens of the hotel to finish of the weekend. The package includes 3 nights B&B, dinner Friday & Sunday, circuit transfers Sat and Sun, expert VIP guide. We have come back to Aragon hungry for more. With all the rooms gone in the area we have still managed to locate a perfect location to host our Aragon Special Package. You will be in Alcañiz with 3 nights (or more) bed and breakfast in a friendly family-run 2* pension with a cool restaurant attached. Rooms are simple, clean & cheerful; twin and triples; private bathrooms. The accommodation is on one of the main squares with a party atmosphere. We will of course provide the track transfers (only 6km) on both Saturday and Sunday, optionally on Friday. Friday night we will host our Opening Party with dinner, drinks and special guest. Included you will have our event cap and access to our guide on site at your hotel. This package is for the true motor fans looking for a bed and a party in Alcañiz. Fly into Barcelona , Zaragosa or Reus and get the train down or hire a cheap car. |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
