The legendary Beer Trolley returns to the Dutch TT!
We will be repeating our legendary 'Beer Trolley Tour' on Saturday in Groningen. Check out the pics and videos and then plan to hop aboard! More... MotoGP Insider's Night:THURSDAY night we are offering our unique 'Insider's Night' as a special guest of team San Carlo Honda Gresini. You will tour the paddock, see the pits, meet the team and riders, and learn about how a MotoGP team operates! This is the VERY BEST way to tour the paddock and get this amazing insight! As a special tribute to Marco Simoncelli, we are charging only 58 EUR for any package customer who books Thursday night with us.(158 EUR for non-customers) More... |

Assen is not the top VIP event in MotoGP -- there are no 5* hotels nearby and unless you can manage a flight to the tiny Groningen airport, you probably need to get chauffered up from Schipol (or we can arrange helicopter t/f).On track side the only choice is VIP Village. The other hospitality units (Gold Club and TT VIP) are perfectly fine but they are a bit crowded and more of an upgrade from grandstands rather than a full VIP experience. This is also a good event to take us up on a Team Experience package -- it is a great paddock, and the teams are there with full hospitality gear! And don't forget our great MotoNight dinner Friday in the paddock with Team Gresini!
Hotel space gets very tight very quickly -- so if you are a largish corporate group, it really pays to contact us ASAP. We have a superb 4* hotel with standard rooms and suites, just outside of Assen, so pretty ideally placed!

To enjoy Assen in style, we have selected a superb hotel situated a couple of kilometres from the Special package.. The hotel has a friendly bar, restaurant for evening meals and drinks. Thursday night we have an opening reception with dinner, drinks and a special guest speaker. Friday and Saturday we take you to the track and back; and Friday night we offer a trip to the legendary Assen street party. These are all included, as well as a cool Assen polo shirt and other merchandise, and of course full attentions of our expert guide. Optionally we can organise airport/train station collection; and of course you will want to consider our outrageous 'beer trolley tour' of Groningen on Saturday night after the racing! Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass (MotoGP paddock available only to supporters of a MotoGP team at European events) and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult. |

Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. Children 10 and under free. |
