MotoGP VIP & Hospitality

We have made it our mission to turn Brno into a truly VIP event suitable for corporate trips, incentives, and very special occasions (we always get at least one honeymoon couple every year!). First you can be assured that we look after you at all times, and we expect to tailor your itinerary to your exact needs. In addition to organising trackside hospitality and top hotels, we can manage all your ground (and air!) transport - in the past we have done private limos, helicopters, chartered jets, excursions and accommodations in Prague and elsewhere. We can also organise special facilities: for example a team incentive meeting & lunch INSIDE the paddock.
If you are considering the Brno MotoGP against other events or destinations, a huge advantage is its relatively good value for money
For our packages, we use two of the best hotels in Brno; and should you wish to do private dinners or evening entertainment, we can organise.
On track, we strongly recommend the VIP Village. This is the top VIP at the event, and in addition to top services, catering and facilities, you get paddock tours, pit lane walks, and the superb service road tours. We operate a private suite here, thus adding our own hostesses, games, speakers and more; for a perfect weekend experience!
For the more budget-conscious we can organise a private table of any size (or cordoned off area) in our superb BrnoGrandPrix.com Club. Give us a ring.

MotoGP Night - Dinner in the MotoGP paddock with pit tour and rub shoulders with the riders! Contact us about any of these - VERY LIMITED availability.
Especially for our VIP clients, we bring the top Brno has to offer. Our Deluxe package is based in the top hotel in Brno, in the heart of the old town. You will stay for 2 (or more) nights B&B, with a dedicated VIP shuttle taking you directly to the VIP Village (or other location on the track) on Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday). On Friday night we host a small VIP reception, and then we will take you up to the track for the big opening party. If you attend the Charity.GP (separate cost) on Saturday we will take you there as well as put you in the VIP section. Finally, Sunday night you join our traditional Moravian closing dinner and wine tasting at the beautiful Vinarna U Kralovny Elisky. We round the package out with our special Brno embroidered polo shirt. Of course our expert VIP guide is available 24hr for any assistance. With 2 options of room type you can even upgrade to a corner Deluxe room. |

Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.
At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult.

Over the past three years we have honed the perfect trackside hospitality facility: The best viewing spot at the track, with access to the entire circuit for 3 days. Adjacent (literally!) parking. Indoor tented/tabled area with CCTV, outdoor terraced tables to hold your beer while you see the action. Private grandstand with awesome view up and down the famous 'Stadium' (and large TV). Now add breakfast, hot buffet lunch, snacks, bottomless Czech beer (wine & soft drinks), served by our lovely Czech hostesses. Can we make it better? How about adding FREE admission to our Friday opening party, guest rider appearance(s), contests, results, and there are guided PADDOCK tours each day! Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. Keep the weekend alive! Come back up to the track to catch what is always a critical test after the traditional mid-season break before Brno! Most teams and riders will be on hand for this relaxing day at the track. You WILL meet them, as our private tour takes you to the track as a guest of our MotoGP team partners San Carlo Honda Gresini. You will have FULL MotoGP paddock access, be given a tour of the pit and can watch the proceedings from there; have full access to their hospitality, including drinks and light snacks. You will also eat lunch in the MotoGP paddock with the team. We have engaged a journalist who will join us for lunch to give us insights on what is happening at the tests and the MotoGP world in general. The tour includes our private expert guide on hand, and transport to and from the circuit as a group (we leave from the StaroBrno Brewery We always end up back at one of our favourite locals for a wind-down pint or two and a great Czech meal!
