The city of Barcelona is one of the world's best; and if you have never been here; we recommend you skip the beach and plan some time soaking up the Catalan culture! We have 2 packages in Barcelona itself, our City package is in a great 3/4* hotel right in the heart of the city. Our Deluxe package is especially designed for our VIP customers: it is in (our opinion) about the top 5* hotel in Barcelona - and in addition features special merchandise and dedicated guide.

How to enjoy the best circuit in the best city of the tournament? In the best hotel of course! We set you up in the highest-rated 5* hotel in the heart of Barcelona, where you will enjoy the spa, bar, stunning roof top views, and probably the best breakfast in MotoGP... We'll pick you up from Barcelona airport and you will have 24hr access to our top VIP guide. Join us Thursday if you are around for a welcome cocktail. Friday we offer complimentary track transfers (and access for VIPs); or you can join our Barcelona city tour. In the evening you will be an honoured guest at the LCR/Playboy party! Saturday night we have our opening reception with food, drink and special guests. Saturday & Sunday we take you direct to the track in our VIP shuttle; Sunday night join us for an optional 'winding down' dinner at a brilliant local restaurant. If you really want to enjoy Barcelona, but not quite ready to pull out all the stops, our City package based in near the heart of Barcelona, It is the perfect choice. The hotel is a quick walk to many pubs & restaurants; metro & train station. Free WiFi, restaurant, bar and gym means you won't lack for comfort. Secure parking makes this a good choice for bikers. Our package includes 3 nights B&B, our professional Spanish speaking guide, track transfers Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday); Thursday happy hour if there, Friday night club party, Saturday dinner with food, drink and guest speaker. Optional extras include our Friday Tapas Night, Sunday closing dinner, extra nights. The package includes our cool Catalunya polo shirts and of course our team on hand to make it all work! Stunning Value! Our Beach Package sets you at the lovely Costa Brava, about 45 minutes up the coast from Barcelona, and about the same to the track. The place is littered with beachy activities and British (and Dutch) pubs. You will stay in a modern hotel just metres from the beach with all mod cons. Friday we offer optional track transfers, or just enjoy the beach and facilities; in the evening we have a welcome drink, followed by dinner. Saturday after breakfast it is up to the track. Race day is the same schedule, although we get an early start so as not to miss any action! Optionally you can join our opening party with guest speaker. Sunday dinner at the hotel is usually followed by an exploration of the local pubs! You will have a guide on hand all weekend, and the package includes our cool cap and lanyard. This is a great destination just for relaxation - spend a few extra days here! Super child destination as well - 75% discount for children 12 and under staying with parents. We can organise pickup from Girona Airport (or Barcelona airport at larger expense). |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
