MotoGP VIP & Hospitality

At the track, Tthe MotoGP VIP Village is the top facility, situated over the pit row and features pit lane walks, paddock tours and top catering. There is also a private VIP grandstand. Otherwise consider the Pole Position Club. Finally, perhaps the top experience of all is to become a guest of a MotoGP or 125/Moto2 team for the weekend in our Team Experience. These cannot be booked on line - they are so rare we can only sell personally

We'll pick you up from Barcelona airport and you will have 24hr access to our top VIP guide. Join us Thursday if you are around for a welcome cocktail. Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass (MotoGP paddock available only to supporters of a MotoGP team at European events) and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.
At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult.

Situated at the top of the main grandstand with great views on to the start grid and into the pits and panoramic views of the entire circuit; our private air conditioned enclosure is an oasis from the mad house of the grandstands. All guests will get an opportunity to visit the paddock and pits as a guest of one of our sponsored teams as well as general admission to the circuit. Closed circuit TV and our own expert guides ensure you don't miss a minute and we provide programmes and other information to help you keep tabs on the action. Included in this option is a 3-course lunch + tea/coffee + drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water, energy drinks). Passes for just Sunday or all weekend are available (No catering on Friday, but there is a restaurant and bar on the floor.) Nearby private parking available.

Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. Yes, we know you are here for a race, but for those of you who only need TWO days at the track, we invite you to join us Friday afternoon for a very special private tour around Barcelona. We'll come and pick you up from your hotel in our bus, ably led by our local guide. Our tour takes in the main sights of Barcelona - Montjuic Hill, the Mirador, Port, Arc de Triomf, and famous Passeig, and of course the absolutely mind-boggling Gaudi's Sagrada Familia. We stop in a traditional Barcelona cafe for a light refreshment and local culture; and get you back well in time for our opening party. The city really is a star!

You WILL meet them, as our private tour takes you to the track as a guest of a MotoGP team. You will have FULL MotoGP paddock access, be given a tour of the pit and can watch the proceedings from there; have full access to team hospitality, including drinks and light snacks. You will also eat lunch in the MotoGP paddock with the team. We will engaged a special who will join us for lunch to give us insights on what is happening at the tests and the MotoGP world in general. The tour includes our private expert guide on hand, and transport to and from the circuit as a group (we leave from our package hotels). We always end up back at one of our favourite locals for a wind-down pint or two... Bring your autograph pen!
