We can provide any services you need at Donington, from top trackside hospitality, 5* hotels, private transfers, helicopter service from virtually anywhere in UK and more.
After several years, we have finally been able to secure the top hotel in the region, the sublime 5* Priest House Hotel in Castle Donington. Join our top VIPs and Managing Director there for our Deluxe package (with only 2 night minimum).
At the track:
The VIP Village is inside Redgate corner (turn 1) and is a superb facility with pit lane walks, paddock tours and luxury catering. Choose this for the most 'upmarket/corporate' experience.
The Pole Position Club is inside Goddard corner (the final curve) and in our opinion is a better option for viewing. We add private paddock tours and pit visits to one of our sponsored teams, so while the facility itself is not quite as fancy as the VIP Village, this is the better choice for true aficionados.
Finally we can offer up to two places on our very exclusive ClubGP (not available online). This give you a full day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams. Riders meetings, pit tour, and in-paddock hospitality (with paddock pass). Call us on this one: +44 7973 748591 -- there are only 2 places for this.

The Donington MotoGP is long associated with rain, uncomfortable facilities, and traffic queues. Our Deluxe package ends to all that and turns the British MotoGP into the VIP event it deserves to be! You will stay 2 (or more) nights DB&B in the top hotel in the region - the exquisite Priest House Hotel, in an unbelievably tranquil setting on the bank of the river Trent in Castle Donington - just a stone's throw from the circuit. On Friday we have our opening reception with special speakers, food & wine. Saturday we take you to & from the track, (where if you are in one of our 3 hospitality units further breakfast awaits!) and Saturday night after your gourmet dinner, join us exclusively backstage at the rock concert (tbc) ! Sunday we drag you back to the track for the big race day and if you are still around in the evening (highly recommended) you can join us for an optional winding-down dinner. Loaded with our special souvenirs, this will be a weekend to remember!

For the ultimate experience of MotoGP world wide, there is no substitute for the official MotoGP VIP Village. Donington has a lovely VIP Village right at the first (Redgate) corner and away from the crowds. As probably the largest VIP contingent (as we are for most events), we will have staff right in the VIP Village to be on hand for any questions, rumours, press releases, etc. This in addition to our usual 'extras' that add a lot of value to an already super package: pit lane walks, paddock tours, luxury catering, open bar, free programme, race reports, closed circuit TVs, superb viewing, access to most of the rest of the track, and perhaps best of all the camaraderie of fellow VIP moto fans; you'll understand why our customers say "once you've gone VIP there is no going back!" Pole Position Club Donington |

For the true aficionado, at Donington we provide our Pole Position Club. This is a newly refurbished air-conditioned suite on Goddard corner (the final curve). The package includes full track access, parking, tea, coffee, champagne reception, and open bar with food all day. There is a VIP shuttle from the main entrance to the suite; and you get an official programme. We have an expert on hand INSIDE the suite and hostesses are on hand to help ensure you get the most of the day. The viewing is great: with balcony looking out over Goddards, CCTV, and of course you can wander the entire circuit. Best of all, we operate private PIT and PADDOCK tours to visit our sponsored teams and riders. This is ONLY available to Pole Position customers. The suite is open on Sunday only, if you want to come to the track Fri/Sat we will add a general admission ticket at reduced cost.

Ever wonder what it would be like to go around a MotoGP track at MotoGP speeds? This is the ride of a lifetime... We are offering an exclusive opportunity to ride pillion with legendary American GP star Randy Mamola on the back of his Ducati Desmosedici two seater 2007 GP bike. You will take one sighting lap then a full race lap - at pretty close to full race times! The experience will be nothing less than awesome. The rides (normally only available to top sponsors) benefit Riders for Health - we have been given the exclusive right to sell them. 90% of the ride fee (95% if you book a package with us) will go to Riders. Available on Fri, Sat & Sunday; included is a briefing session, all leathers and kit for the day, and two paddock passes for the day. You must undergo a full medical examination, and there is a 90kg weight limit. All riders will be invited to our Friday opening party where we will have some other riders to help set up the British MotoGP weekend!

MotoGP weekend. We get you there early. We are always the last to leave. We bring you results, gossip,
ear plugs, poster tubes, programmes, whatever you need to have the most memorable weekend.
Corporate entertaining or autograph bagging (or both!) the VIP Village is where it happens.
The VIP Village offers:
- Great viewing, in air-conditioned pavilion strategically located (some events have private viewing stands)
- Closed circuit TV for the rest of the action
- Pit lane walks
- Paddock tours
- Service road tours on many of the circuits
- Luxury catering, including buffet breakfast, lunch, petit fours, sweets
- Open bar (cocktails at most circuits) & coffee bar
- Official Programme
- The VIP Village 'game' where you can win cool prizes (such as sitting on the pit lane wall at the start of the MotoGP!)
VIP is privilege. You aren't
sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past
people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting
people. You collect team posters and memorabilia. You get great photo opportunities. Sometimes riders and
other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before
the news.
You feel like you are a participant, not just an observer.
Over the years we have developed a circle of people we used to call customers. Now we think of them as friends.
