MotoGP VIP & Hospitality

This is a brilliant event for VIPs. We offer a wonderful 5* seaside hotel in an elegant, modern style based in Cascais
In any case, we can provide a full range of services including airport collection, helicopter transfers; and of course we can handle special group requests of any size.
At the track there is no real alternative to VIP Village. We will be there of course helping make it a special experience; and we can also provide pit and paddock experiences through our ClubGP programme -- just ask!
You will also not want to miss our 'MotoGP Nights' Saturday dinner INSIDE the padock in a MotoGP team hospitality unit!
Of all the MotoGP destinations, the one we would choose first to make an extended holiday would be Estoril. Part of this is owing to the superb 5* Hotel Albatroz situated on a spectacular coastal bluff in the utterly charming village of Cascais - one of those places that is just difficult to leave. But if you can tear yourself away, after breakfast Saturday and Sunday we take you the short journey up to the track (Friday optionally) for more excitement. Friday evening we have an opening reception, and an optional Portugese winding-down dinner Sunday (followed by a visit to the local night club, where we and many riders were still seen at 5am... ) rounds off a perfect weekend. Our dedicated guide ensures the weekend goes smoothly, and all deluxe customers receive some very special merchandise to commemorate what is always a first-class weekend! |

Our Superior package at Estoril is based at a iconic 4/5* Villa-style hotel with just 12 rooms, with a stunning location right on the harbour front. Each room is individually designed, all with sea or beach views. Access to the swimming pool of the nearby sister hotel is available. Friday kicks off with our opening party (and if you are around we can optionally take you up to the track). Saturday it is up to the track and back, with a free evening in lovely Cascais (or consider the amazing MotoGP night dinner in the paddock) Sunday it is the same schedule, with optional evening Portugese night (followed by post-dinner excursion to the local club and riders' party!) Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass (MotoGP paddock available only to supporters of a MotoGP team at European events) and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.
At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult.

The Estoril VIP MotoGP Village sits on top of the pit lane, giving you great view straight down into the action. Since it is one of the less busy VIPs in Europe, the pit lane walks are not crowded and paddock tours plentiful. Of course the catering is first class with open 'Legends' bar and breakfast,lunch and snacks. The VIP Village is open Saturday and Sunday, if you wish to attend the track on Friday it is our policy to provide a general admission ticket gratis, and you can join our minivan going up there. As befits Portugal, this is one of the most laid-pack paddocks in Europe. |

Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. Children 10 and under free. |

Keep the weekend alive! Come back up to the track to catch what is always a critical test! Most teams and riders will be on hand for this relaxing day at the track. You WILL meet them, as our private tour takes you to the track as a guest of a MotoGP team. You will have FULL MotoGP paddock access, be given a tour of the pit and can watch the proceedings from there; have full access to team hospitality, including drinks and light snacks. You will also eat lunch in the MotoGP paddock with the team. We will engaged a special who will join us for lunch to give us insights on what is happening at the tests and the MotoGP world in general. The tour includes our private expert guide on hand, and transport to and from the circuit as a group (we leave from our package hotels). We always end up back at one of our favourite locals for a wind-down pint or two... Bring your autograph pen!
