All of our Indianapolis MotoGP packages are based in the city for maximum access to the mad nightlife of Indianapolis on race weekends. All the hotels are about the best in their class; your main consideration is budget and style. In all we look after you for the entire weekend, with an opening party Friday, optional Friday track transfers and Sat/Sun transfers! Sunday we are escorted by police down the emergency lanes, bypassing the notorious Indy traffic!
Choose Classic for the best value. 3 nights with grandstand tickets at about $1000 per person!
Superior gets you in the the Hyatt, our party venue, and best if you want to enjoy the facilities and perhaps stay a few extra days.
Deluxe is the top hotel in Indianapolis, where you will be rubbing shoulders with top teams and riders. This is the ideal combination with Indianapolis MotoGP VIP Village tickets.
We can get you from airport and look after you for the entire weekend! You can select extra nights, and we can usually put 3-4 people in a room for great savings!
If you are going to come to the first Indy MotoGP, you might as well do it 'right'! Our Deluxe package is based at the city's top hotel - the Conrad Indianapolis, in a tower with superb views, located in the city centre with plenty of nearby night life. This is where we expect some of the top teams and riders to be staying. If you can drag yourself away from the luxurious spa, swimming pool, the 2 restaurants and the sumptuous rooms with marble baths, 42" HDTV, free internet; we take you up to the track on our VIP shuttle on Saturday and Sunday (Fri optional) for all the action. The package also includes our Friday opening party (with transport), our exclusive 'Indianapolis 2008' Polo shirt & cap, and our special 'VIP gift'. Our VIP guide is exclusively dedicated to deluxe customers, to ensure you get expert assistance all weekend. For the top experience, upgrade to a corner suite. Extra nights available & triples/families are accommodated.

Our Indy Superior package is perfect for those who want both a great race experience and a comfortable and stylish hotel. We are based at one of Indianapolis' true landmarks - the Hyatt Regency in the heart of downtown. The hotel features a full sized indoor pool and jacuzzi with spa, gym and usual services. The view from the roof top revolving restaurant is the best in Indy, and rooms are beautifully appointed. After your buffet breakfast, we take you to the track on Saturday and Sunday (Fri optional). Thursday enjoy a drink on us at the happy hours (if you are in town) and Friday our opening party is literally on your doorstep. The package includes our dedicated guide, an 'Indianapolis 2008' embroidered polo shirt (be sure to tell us your size!) and of course we deliver all to your hotel room with whatever tickets you have chosen to experience the race with! Extra nights, single rooms, and triple/quad occupancy are all available.

So you are just here for the beer and bikes? Keep the accommodation costs down while still getting the best elements of our packages - the handy track transfers, the opening party, and our guides. Our Classic package does just this, offering 3 nights (or more) at a clean comfortable central 3* hotel, with breakfast and our guide on hand. We take you to and from track on Sat/Sun (Friday optional) , and you can proudly wear our exclusive 'Indianapolis' ball cap! We start you Friday night with our kick-off reception; and you are welcome to join our optional Sunday evening dinner (usually followed by a bit of a club crawl...) The package is especially good for bike groups, as we insist on secure parking for our motos! Extra nights and singles available, and you can triple up and save considerably per person!

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you,
provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes.
The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great
'extras'. At our top event in 2006 we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
Our flexible 'mix and match' system means we can provide ANY ticket with ANY package. What's your priority? The top experience throughout? The best seat and a bed to crash? We can offer it!
