MotoGP VIP & Hospitality

This is a VIP event. It will be awash in media, stars, top sports personalities from all over the world, and we expect all VIP and hospitality areas to sell out. To ensure our customers get the very best treatment, we have booked a private MotoGP VIP Village suite. This puts you right on top of pit row, with tours of the paddock and pit lane, and our own guides and hosts/esses.
To back up our on-track experience, we have selected the top hotel in Indianapolis, the Conrad. This will be used by teams and riders as well as the other VIPs flocking to the city. The hotel has been sold out since a week or two after the event was announced! To ensure you get to the track on time with undue fuss, we are laying on a police/VIP escort service. And if this still isn't good enough, ask us about helicopter transfers.
We can also arrange any private meals or entertainment you need; however we have a great Friday opening party (we have set ourselves the daunting task of topping the Laguna Seca opening party!), Saturday a special charity event TBA, and Sunday we wind down with a classic Indy meal and post mortem.
Of course we get you from the airport and can handle any special requests you might have. VIP with us means total committment.

If you are going to come to the first Indy MotoGP, you might as well do it 'right'! Our Deluxe package is based at the city's top hotel - the Conrad Indianapolis, in a tower with superb views, located in the city centre with plenty of nearby night life. This is where we expect some of the top teams and riders to be staying. If you can drag yourself away from the luxurious spa, swimming pool, the 2 restaurants and the sumptuous rooms with marble baths, 42" HDTV, free internet; we take you up to the track on our VIP shuttle on Saturday and Sunday (Fri optional) for all the action. The package also includes our Friday opening party (with transport), our exclusive 'Indianapolis 2008' Polo shirt & cap, and our special 'VIP gift'. Our VIP guide is exclusively dedicated to deluxe customers, to ensure you get expert assistance all weekend. For the top experience, upgrade to a corner suite. Extra nights available & triples/families are accommodated.

To welcome the return of motorcycle racing to Indianapolis in style, there is no substitute for the official VIP Village. As about the largest official sales agency for Dorna's VIP Village, we know how to get the most from this unique facility. The Indy VIP Village will be on top of the pit row giving a view of the main straight looking back to the start grid and ahead to turn 1 (and down right onto the pit lane!). In addition there is CCTV and reserved grandstand seating on the roof (pit road terrace). Catering includes breakfast, luxury lunch, petit fours, open bar throughout both days. You will experience a pit lane walk on Saturday and Sunday, paddock tours that you can sign up for, and a prize draw each day. In our private area we add special guest speaker(s), our own contests, hostesses, expert guides, and other gifts to ensure you get the most out of this once-in-a-lifetime event. Booking can be for Sunday only or Sat/Sun. Friday access & parking available on request.

MotoGP weekend. We get you there early. We are always the last to leave. We bring you results, gossip,
ear plugs, poster tubes, programmes, whatever you need to have the most memorable weekend.
Corporate entertaining or autograph bagging (or both!) the VIP Village is where it happens.
The VIP Village offers:
- Great viewing, in air-conditioned pavilion strategically located (some events have private viewing stands)
- Closed circuit TV for the rest of the action
- Pit lane walks
- Paddock tours
- Service road tours on many of the circuits
- Luxury catering, including buffet breakfast, lunch, petit fours, sweets
- Open bar (cocktails at most circuits) & coffee bar
- Official Programme
- The VIP Village 'game' where you can win cool prizes (such as sitting on the pit lane wall at the start of the MotoGP!)
VIP is privilege. You aren't
sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past
people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting
people. You collect team posters and memorabilia. You get great photo opportunities. Sometimes riders and
other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before
the news.
You feel like you are a participant, not just an observer.
