REMEMBER: PRICES ARE QUOTED WITHOUT TICKETS. You may choose any ticket with any package when booking. We do recommend popular combinations.All of our Indianapolis MotoGP packages are based in the city for maximum access to the mad nightlife of Indianapolis on race weekends. All the hotels are about the best in their class; your main consideration is budget and style. In all we look after you for the entire weekend, with an opening party Friday, optional Friday track transfers and Sat/Sun transfers! Saturday night we offer a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED trip to the thrilling 'Indy Mile' AMA Grand National flat track race; and there is an optional Sunday 'winding down' dinner.
Deluxe is the top 5* hotel in Indianapolis, rated one of the top 100 in the USA. Always inhabited by top brass from MotoGP, you will be rubbing shoulders with teams and riders. We add full services, dedicated guide, airport pickup; and anything else we can think of! This is the ideal combination with Indianapolis MotoGP VIP Village tickets and the full VIP treatment.
Classic is in an excellent 3* hotel just an 8-10 minute walk from our 5* downtown. Ideal to get maximum value from the weekend, and excellent for families. Best for parking, secure bike parking is on the premises.
We can get you from airport and look after you for the entire weekend! You can select extra nights, and we can usually put 3-4 people in a room for great savings!

If you are going to come to the Indy MotoGP, you might as well do it 'right'! Our Deluxe package is based at the city's top hotel - the Conrad Indianapolis, in a tower with superb views, located in the city centre with plenty of nearby night life. This is where we expect some of the top teams and riders to be staying. If you can drag yourself away from the luxurious spa, swimming pool, the 2 restaurants and the sumptuous rooms with marble baths, 42" HDTV, free internet; we take you up to the track on our VIP shuttle on Saturday and Sunday (Fri optional) for all the action. The package also includes our Friday opening party (with transport), our exclusive 'Indianapolis' Polo shirt & cap, and our special 'VIP gift'. Our VIP guide is exclusively dedicated to deluxe customers, to ensure you get expert assistance all weekend. For the top experience, upgrade to a corner suite. So you are just here for the beer and bikes? Keep the accommodation costs down while still getting the best elements of our packages - the handy track transfers, the opening party, and our guides. Our Classic package does just this, offering 3 nights (or more) at a clean comfortable downtown hotel with breakfast and our guide on hand. We take you to and from track on Sat/Sun (Friday optional), and you can proudly wear our exclusive 'Indianapolis' ball cap! We start you Friday night with our kick-off reception in downtown Indianapolis (transport included); and you are welcome to join our optional Sunday evening dinner (usually followed by a bit of a club crawl...) The package is especially good for bike groups, as we insist on secure parking for our motos! |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
