The world's biggest gaming conference - GenCon 2012 - is taking place in Indy the very same weekend. Hotel accommodation is very difficult to obtain; and we have limited availability for this event. This is a VIP event. It will be awash in media, stars, top sports personalities from all over the world, and we expect all VIP and hospitality areas to sell out. To ensure our customers get the very best treatment, we put our own staff into the MotoGP VIP Village suite. This puts you right on top of pit row, with tours of the paddock and pit lane, and our own guides and hosts/esses.To back up our on-track experience, we have selected the top hotel in Indianapolis, the Conrad. This will be used by teams and riders as well as the other VIPs flocking to the city. We provide our private transport to and from the track.
We can also arrange any private meals or entertainment you need; however we have a great Friday opening party, Saturday we go to the Indy Mile; and Sunday we wind down with a classic Indy meal and post mortem.
Of course we get you from the airport and can handle any special requests you might have. VIP with us means total commitment.

If you are going to come to the Indy MotoGP, you might as well do it 'right'! Our Deluxe package is based at the city's top hotel - the Conrad Indianapolis, in a tower with superb views, located in the city centre with plenty of nearby night life. This is where we expect some of the top teams and riders to be staying. If you can drag yourself away from the luxurious spa, swimming pool, the 2 restaurants and the sumptuous rooms with marble baths, 42" HDTV, free internet; we take you up to the track on our VIP shuttle on Saturday and Sunday (Fri optional) for all the action. The package also includes our Friday opening party (with transport), our exclusive 'Indianapolis' Polo shirt & cap, and our special 'VIP gift'. Our VIP guide is exclusively dedicated to deluxe customers, to ensure you get expert assistance all weekend. For the top experience, upgrade to a corner suite. Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). One of the team members will make time to tell you more about the insides of running a MotoGP & take your questions. You will have the run of the entire paddock (no separate MotoGP paddock at non-European events) with your own paddock pass and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.Children 10 and under free with adult. |

To get the most quality out of an event for views, catering, action and access the VIP Village is the place to be. As about the largest official sales agency for Dorna's VIP Village, we know how to get the most from this unique facility. The Indy VIP Village is on top of the pit row giving a view of the main straight looking back to the start grid and ahead to turn 1 (and down right onto the pit lane!). In addition there is CCTV and reserved grandstand seating on the roof (pit road terrace). Catering includes breakfast, luxury lunch, petit fours, open bar throughout both days. Fancy smoked salmon and cavier with champagne for breakfast! You go it! You will experience a pit lane walk on Saturday and Sunday, and best of the the paddock is OPEN to all VIP Village pass holders! We also will take you into a pit or two, and usually bring up a special guest or two (Cal Crutchlow pictured in 2011). We always have staff on hand to ensure you get the most out of this incredible event. Booking can be for Sunday only or all weekend (suite is open with lighter food on Friday) |

The Corner 9 Club is a great option for those seeking a better experience than ordinary grandstands, but not up to the full VIP. At about half the price of the VIP Village you get many of the benefits with slightly less luxurious surroundings. The facility is a climate-controlled unit oddly enough near the action-packed turn 9 (just out of the treacherous turn 7/8 chicane with good views back that way and down the short back straight). The club includes: general admission; (optional reserved Seat in the Corner 9 Terrace); Auto Parking (1 per 4 people); admission to the Hospitality Village and the Corner 9 Club; Paddock Pass Access (on check-out basis); Fully Catered Breakfast and Lunch with Snacks and Hors D'oeuvres Available Until Close; soft drinks and coffee/tea all day. A further cash bar is provided for alcoholic beverages. You can purchase 3 day (which includes admission on Thursday) or just race day. You will have access to Pole Position staff for any issues. |
