Ticket collections and help desk are at the Monterey Hyatt hotel: Thu 1800-2000 (at happy hours); Fri 1800-1900 (before welcome drinks), Sat 0700-0750 (breakfast). Phone/SMS if you are running a little late. We can do track delivery, bringing tickets to main gate when you arrive at a charge of $50.

Our packages are designed to help you squeeze the maximum enjoyment out of this intense weekend! Sleep will definitely be something you do when you get back home! Remember - our packages are not just a hotel room! We bring to bear our years of experience, contacts, privileged track access, and far more to make it a memorable weekend. And yes, the hotels are carefully selected, most we have been using for years; so if you have complaints, you can take them to US not the hotel!
We have a huge range of options -- specifically to ensure that you can enjoy this wonderful event just the way you like. As with all our packages, you can mix-n-match accommodation packages with tickets and a raft of extras.
Want the best possible track experience, but you really don't need to sleep? Choose VIP Village in our 3* Classic package . Want a full holiday with the kids and nice facilities? Take the Superior package with our great Turn 5 club, add a few extra days and join our Monterey Bay Bike ride. Want total VIP pampering? The Deluxe package pulls it all together in one quick booking. All packages are based in Monterey, the heart of the action for the weekend.

If you are here for a race, and don't need top digs; then our Classic Package has it all for you! Our hotel is in a superb location in Monterey, walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and downtown; rooms have TV, many with balcony, with king or 2 double beds. Free secure parking makes it a great package for bikers. You stay with us 3 nights (or more) with breakfast, track transfers on Saturday and Sunday (optional on Friday). Of course we take you to our big opening party on Friday and you are invited to join us for the Saturday beach party and Sunday dinner (both extra cost) Our guides are on hand to ensure this is the perfect race weekend! Kids under 13 are 75% off in rooms that sleep up to four, so perfect for families!

Of all the 80+ hotels we used in 2007 for all 18 MotoGP events the best experience of amazing service, great accommodation and superb facilities went to the Monterey Hyatt where we return in 2008. This is a 4* hotel that will leave you wanting for nothing and our package includes 3 nights with breakfast (we can of course book more). Friday we offer optional track transfers (you cover costs) and a welcome drink. If you are going to do Laguna Seca VIP, do it in top style. When we heard the new hotel opening on Cannery Row was to be a 5* Intercontinental, we jumped on it as one of their first ever bookings - the hotel only opens a month before the GP! Awesome location, all package customers get Friday welcome drink and free admission to our Saturday Cannery Row beach party (1 minute walk!). This is THE package of the MotoGP, you will be looked after from the moment you arrive. We take you to the track on all three days (and ask about Helicopter transfers!), and of course will pick you up from Monterey airport or organise optional transfers from SFO/SJC (you cover the cost. It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you,
provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes.
The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great
'extras'. At our top event in 2006 we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads

- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
Our flexible 'mix and match' system means we can provide ANY ticket with ANY package. What's your priority? The top experience throughout? The best seat and a bed to crash? We can offer it!
