REMEMBER: PRICES ARE QUOTED WITHOUT TICKETS. You may choose any ticket with any package when booking.Anything Laguna Seca has to offer, we offer it.
Our packages are designed to help you squeeze the maximum enjoyment out of this intense weekend! Sleep will definitely be something you do when you get back home!
We have two main options -- specifically to ensure that you can enjoy this wonderful event just the way you like. As with all our packages, you can mix-n-match accommodation packages with tickets and a raft of extras.
Want the best possible track experience, and just a clean and simple place to sleep? Choose VIP Village in our Superior package. Want total VIP pampering? The Deluxe package pulls it all together in one quick booking. All packages are based in Monterey, the heart of the action for the weekend.

Our core package at Laguna Seca can be summed up in one phrase: Non-Stop Fun. Join us at about the top rated 4* resort hotel in the region for 3 (or more nights); home to several top teams & riders. If you can make it early, our opening happy hours Thursday will set the pace. We always bump into riders and paddock denizens! Come with us to the track Friday, or just enjoy Monterey. Friday night we feature a brilliant opening reception with food, drink and very special guest speaker. Saturday and Sunday you catch the shuttle right outside the hotel for door-to-door service (or optionally we can take you up in the van, please request). Saturday night there is an optional dinner at the track or join us on Cannery Row for shared cost dinner; and an optional dinner Sunday that you really don't want to miss! With our special guides and attention from the moment you land, this is the way to go! |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
Remember: If you want tickets + accommodation, book the package (it will allow you to choose your tickets). Online bookings save 18 EUR. You will be able to alter your booking in future. READ MORE...
