For those wanting to be in the heart of the medieval town of Le Mans, we have secured the top hotel in the city - the 4* Concorde le Mans. The hotel is home to teams and top VIPs, so the excitement doesn't stop at the track. It will be a long time before we forget the vision of small bedraggled Dani Pedrosa slumping up the steps after the great Le Mans swim last year. (He did a very impressive 4th) We joked, he smiled (no, really!) Our package here is 3 nights B&B with our Friday opening party nearby with dinner, drinks and guest speaker. Sat/Sun track transfers and our special souvenirs, including our limited MotoGP 2007 Review book. Of course our expert guide is on hand, and we do a great optional winding-down dinner on Sunday. We can arrange pickup from the train station or airfield; and provide a courtesy transport to the track Friday.

For the ultimate experience of MotoGP world wide, there is no substitute for the VIP Village. If we get you any closer you'll need a pillion helmet.
The Le Mans VIP Village is one of the more unique on the tournament. Situated on the infield with a great view over the "Les 'S' Blues" big sweeper, you get a long panoramic view of the riders. Of course you can follow the rest of the action on the closed circuit TVs in the luxury pavilion, but for real excitement, signup for a service road tour and go around the track (best when the bikes are running!) - this is one of the few European venues where this is possible without winning the tour. Paddock tours and pit lane walks are also featured, and of course great food and open bar. The rest of Le Mans is manic, entering into the VIP Village is like a sanctuary. And of course we will be there to help make it all that little bit extra special!

We make no apologies - our customers are SERIOUS MotoGP fans, and our mission is to give you the ultimate
MotoGP weekend. We get you there early. We are always the last to leave. We bring you results, gossip,
ear plugs, poster tubes, programmes, whatever you need to have the most memorable weekend.
Corporate entertaining or autograph bagging (or both!) the VIP Village is where it happens.
The VIP Village offers:
- Great viewing, in air-conditioned pavilion strategically located (some events have private viewing stands)
- Closed circuit TV for the rest of the action
- Pit lane walks
- Paddock tours
- Service road tours on many of the circuits
- Luxury catering, including buffet breakfast, lunch, petit fours, sweets
- Open bar (cocktails at most circuits) & coffee bar
- Official Programme
- The VIP Village 'game' where you can win cool prizes (such as sitting on the pit lane wall at the start of the MotoGP!)
VIP is privilege. You aren't
sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past
people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting
people. You collect team posters and memorabilia. You get great photo opportunities. Sometimes riders and
other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before
the news.
You feel like you are a participant, not just an observer.
Over the years we have developed a circle of people we used to call customers. Now we think of them as friends.
