MotoGP Insider's Night:THURSDAY night we are offering our unique 'Insider's Night' as a special guest of team San Carlo Honda Gresini. You will tour the paddock, see the pits, meet the team and riders, and learn about how a MotoGP team operates! This is the VERY BEST way to tour the paddock and get this amazing insight! The VIP Village in Le Mans is set in the back corner overlooking the Chemin du boeuf and Les S Bleus. If you think the crowds at Le Mans get a bit frantic, you have never stepped into the VIP Village. It is also one of the few tracks where a service road tour is included; a great opportunity to see the riders from the ground level!For accommodation, we have the top rooms in the Chateau, or if you prefer to stay in the lovely town of Le Mans, we have limited availability in our Deluxe package and a couple of 'Prestige' rooms in our main hotel there (Classic package).
Finally, the Le Mans circuit is adjacent to an airstrip. We can arrange a private charter flight straight to the circuit. Fancy a one day GP blast? Fly in from UK Sunday morning, attend the VIP Village and fly out in the evening! Talk to us.

For those wanting to be in the heart of the medieval town of Le Mans, we have secured the top hotel in the city. The 4* hotel is home to teams and top VIPs, so the excitement doesn't stop at the track. It will be a long time before we forget the vision of small bedraggled Dani Pedrosa slumping up the steps after the great Le Mans swim in 2007. (He did a very impressive 4th) We joked, he smiled (no, really!) Our package here is 3 nights B&B with our Friday opening party nearby with dinner, drinks and guest speaker. Sat/Sun track transfers and our special souvenirs, including our limited MotoGP season Review book. Of course our expert guide is on hand, and we do a great optional winding-down dinner on Sunday. We can arrange pickup from the Le Mans train station or airfield; and provide a courtesy transport to the track Friday. |

Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass (MotoGP paddock available only to supporters of a MotoGP team at European events) and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult. |

For the ultimate experience of MotoGP world wide, there is no substitute for the VIP Village. If we get you any closer you'll need a pillion helmet. The Le Mans VIP Village is one of the more unique on the tournament. Situated on the infield with a great view over the "Les 'S' Blues" big sweeper, you get a long panoramic view of the riders. Of course you can follow the rest of the action on the closed circuit TVs in the luxury pavilion, but for real excitement, signup for a service road tour and go around the track (best when the bikes are running!) - this is one of the few European venues where this is possible without winning the tour. Paddock tours and pit lane walks are also featured, and of course great food and open bar. The rest of Le Mans is manic, entering into the VIP Village is like a sanctuary. And of course we will be there to help make it all that little bit extra special! NEW! A private grandstand on the pit row straight gives you a unique view to the grid and the awesome experience of the MotoGP start! |

Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. Children 10 and under free. |
