The Japanese MotoGP of 25/4/2010 has been officially cancelled! Due to the bad flying conditions in Europe the Volcano in Iceland has brought the continent to a stop effecting the travel plans of the organisers, teams and fans alike.
The event has been postponed to 3rd October 2010.

MotoGP VIP & Hospitality
|
For VIP customers we suggest you choose one of the suite options. VIP Village is of course a must -- if you are a group of 4 or more we will reserve a table with your name/logo. Larger groups we can put in a private suite.
If you need assistance in Tokyo, we can arrange for a rep to meet you, and even organise a private car to drive you up. We also can organise private functions in Tokyo, such as private guided tours. Just ask!
Join us for the 2010 MotoGP of Japan! If you have only been to European GPs, be prepared for something totally different! We are in a nice 4* hotel (; and the package includes breakfast, Friday opening dinner party with special guest, Saturday and Sunday track transfers (Friday optional). Saturday we take a private guided tour of the Honda museum - fascinating! - and include dinner and drinks at the Twin Ring Hotel. Sunday evening we have a winding down dinner at traditional local restaurant (not included - shared cost approx. 40 EUR). Best of all, in addition to our own guide, we will have 'Crazy Sam' - Japanese Superbike racer as our special assistant from Friday evening and throughout the weekend, sharing his insights into the weird and wonderful world of Japanese biking! |

For the ultimate experience of MotoGP world wide, there is no substitute for the VIP Village. The VIP suite is situated on top of the grandstands in an enclosed box with panoramic views and CCTV. You have free access to the Paddock so great opportunities to meet riders and see 'behind the scenes'. Since so few VIPs make it to the event, we have the VIP Village practically to ourselves! This means no competition for the service road tours - a stunning way to get around the track and see things close up. VIP tickets also give you free access to the entire circuit, including the terrace at the start grid. You WILL feel privileged! Most of our customers last year got an opportunity to sit on the pit wall for the start of various races (pictured at start of MotoGP with Mattia Passini standing)

"Once you've gone VIP, there is no going back!"
So have said several of our customers...
We make no apologies - our customers are SERIOUS MotoGP fans, and our mission is to give you the ultimate
MotoGP weekend. We get you there early. We are always the last to leave. We bring you results, gossip,
ear plugs, poster tubes, programmes, whatever you need to have the most memorable weekend.
Corporate entertaining or autograph bagging (or both!) the VIP Village is where it happens.
The VIP Village offers:
- Great viewing, in air-conditioned pavilion strategically located (some events have private viewing stands)
- Closed circuit TV for the rest of the action
- Pit lane walks
- Paddock tours
- Service road tours on many of the circuits
- Luxury catering, including buffet breakfast, lunch, petit fours, sweets
- Open bar (cocktails at most circuits) & coffee bar
- Official Programme
- The VIP Village 'game' where you can win cool prizes (such as sitting on the pit lane wall at the start of the MotoGP!)
VIP is privilege. You aren't
sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past
people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting
people. You collect team posters and memorabilia. You get great photo opportunities. Sometimes riders and
other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before
the news.
You feel like you are a participant, not just an observer.
Over the years we have developed a circle of people we used to call customers. Now we think of them as friends.
Join this circle. Be warned again: once you go VIP, there is no going back!
