REMEMBER: PRICES ARE QUOTED WITHOUT TICKETS. You may choose any ticket with your package when booking.We just do one package for Motegi, but it is a great weekend! 3 days of dinner, bed, breakfast with native Japanese Superbike racer guide as well as our own staff. For those needing top quality, or if you have a family in tow, choose one of the suites. We have great SINGLE rates as well. We are based in Utsunomiya, which is a direct shot on the bullet train from Narita airport.
We take care of you from the moment you arrive - picking you up from the train if needed; and something on every evening. Thursday it is our 'happy hour' in the hotel bar followed usually by an informal wander to a nearby restaurant (shared cost). Friday we have our traditional Japanese opening dinner and guest talk. Saturday evening is especially cool as we stay at the track for a BBQ and a tour of the Honda museum. Sunday is our 'winding up' dinner at a local restaurant
We can also arrange stay-overs in Tokyo, just ask.

Join us for the MotoGP of Japan! If you have only been to European GPs, be prepared for something totally different! We are in a great 4* hotel that we have been using for years based in Utsunomiya (about 50 minutes from the rural circuit). Our package includes breakfast, superb Japanese 9 course dinner Friday, Saturday and Sunday track transfers (Friday optional). Saturday we take a tour of the Honda museum with introduction in English by museum staff - fascinating! - and then repair for a wonderful Japanese-style BBQ dinner and drinks at a wonderful restaurant. Sunday evening we have a winding down dinner at a local restaurant (shared cost). Our guide is on hand 24 hours; and of course we can organise additional nights and Tokyo tours. Utsunomiya is a great introduction to Japan without the mega-stress of Tokyo that most visitors are subject to, and is a direct bus from the airport (or a quicker 2 trains). We can advise travel (the train station is a 20 minute straight walk or very short taxi to hotel). |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
