Opening Party to be held Friday at the lovely Villa Giotta Park not far from the track. GUEST SPEAKER will be the Privateer 250/125cc Team Matteoni and riders for an exciting insight into racing at the 'bleeding' edge! Food, drink and good cheer to set you up for the weekend. INCLUDED in all our packages; other customers may book separately. (See Party section)

We offer three packages at Mugello to suit different budgets. ALL include track transfers on Sat/Sun and our super opening reception on Friday night with food, drink and special guest speaker.
CLASSIC is in a great 3* hotel in Florence. This is one of our best value packages of the tournament, and the room prices are great for singles as well. In a neighbourhood within easy walk of the centre; and plenty of local pubs and restaurants.
SUPERIOR is in a 4* Villa Hotel about half way between Florence and the circuit. This is better for families owing to the great recreational facilities and quiet village location, and is also a shorter journey in. This is also the venue for our Friday opening party.
Our ROYAL Package is the top package of the year. In a 15th century palazzo in Florence centre; helicoptering in to the track over the Sunday traffic, this is the one for the VIPs.

Our top package of 2008 finally brings the style and luxury MotoGP deserves. The Royal Package is based in an exquisite 16th century Palazzo in central Florence. With only 11 rooms, each individually crafted to sublime period standards, your main problem will be choosing which one! It is located centrally just a short walk from Boboli gardens and Ponte Vecchio, yet is an oasis of tranquility. On Friday we run a courtesy shuttle to the track; and in the evening after a VIP welcome you will join us for our opening reception. Saturday we take you to the track again, after which you are welcome to join us for dinner at a local restaurant. Sunday we avoid the notorious Mugello traffic and helicopter to the track and back, capping off a perfect weekend in the evening with a delectable sampling of local vintages in our palatial surroundings. With our MD and top expert on hand to assist, and our very special VIP gifts, this will be a weekend to savour.

We invite you to join us in historic Florence for the Mugello MotoGP weekend. Our Superior package is set in a 4* Villa hotel in the Tuscan hills (about half way from Florence to the track) which also doubles as the site of our opening party on Friday night. If you are in town on Thursday, meet your guide at the hotel over happy hours. Friday we offer optional track transfers or you can simply enjoy the charm of Tuscany or the modern buzz and rich Renaissance delights of Florence. Join us on Friday evening for our welcoming party (which is rapidly becoming legendary) with food, drink, guest speaker and music. Sat and Sun after breakfast we take you to track and back; Saturday night you have a free programme, Sunday optionally you can join us for a Florentine evening to wrap up the weekend. The package includes the full time attentions of our expert guides, a cool Mugello 2008 polo shirt & cap and lots of fun! (Remember to ask us if you need airport-hotel transfers).

AT 2007 PRICE! Already one of our most popular packages, our classic package features all you need to enjoy a perfect Mugello MotoGP weekend! We use a well-loved 3* hotel just outside of the main tourist area, in a peaceful location, but just 15-20 min walk to the heart of the city. The hotel features secure bike/car parking and of course a restaurant and lounge bar. We will be pleased to offer you a drink at our Thur evening happy hour; Friday we offer an optional track transfer or city tour; followed by our opening party in the evening with food, drink and a guest speaker. Sat and Sun after breakfast we take you to track and back; Saturday night you have a free programme (we can book a restaurant for you), Sunday optionally you can join us for a Florentine evening to wrap up the weekend. It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you,
provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes.
The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great
'extras'. At our top event in 2006 we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
Our flexible 'mix and match' system means we can provide ANY ticket with ANY package. What's your priority? The top experience throughout? The best seat and a bed to crash? We can offer it!
