As profound anti-SPAM and email abuse campaigners, in particular we will NEVER pass on your email address unles specifically requested by you (for references, etc). We will never send unsolicited email -- all signups to ourown email lists are done on an 'opt in' basis, and we only use these very sparingly. The only execption is that if you make a booking with us, you are presumed to have signed up for relevant informational email lists in order to provide you with timely information concerning events. All transactions including payment information (credit cards) are made over secure web servers using SSH encrypting protocols. We do not encourage the transmission of credit card information over unencrypted email - we will provide encryption keys if you wish to use this mechanism. If you must send unencrypted sensitive information, please split over several emails.
