VIP Suite expanded! Owing to popular demand, we have increased the capacity of our suite to 40. These will sell out soon. In addition to catering, open bar and pit lane walks, uniquely our suite features our private pit and paddock tours; not available any other way at Phillip Island.

We used to rate this as the worst event for VIP on the MotoGP calendar.

We have fixed this!

Phillip Island has no 5* hotels, and even the very few 4* hotels are not up to our usual standards; even if we were able to get rooms. After considerable research we have managed to secure rooms at the top hotel in the area : the 4*+ Silverwater Resort. Suitable for any VIP; the ordinary rooms are quite nice, but for the better experience take the 1 bedroom apartment (essentially a suite).

We also have the best VIP hospitality available in Phillip Island. We take a 'Gold' suite on the pit roof VIP Village, and add our own hostesses, gifts, games, and best of all, our own private paddock tours and pit visits (using a full paddock pass!) to ensure you have the closest possible experience on the 'inside' of the event.

We can of course organise all your local transport; including private plane from Melbourne to Phillip Island. Just ask!
Australian MotoGP Special Package Special 4*/4nt Show/ Hide
Phillip Island has long lacked a true VIP or superior all-inclusive package. This is no longer true! We are proud to launch a special Phillip Island MotoGP package. Based at Silverwater resort just 2km from the Island our 4 night package packs a weekend of action and adventure! Thursday we welcome you with happy hour drinks and an excursion into Cowes for a restaurant dinner [shared cost] where many riders are known to haunt. Friday we take you to the track or leave you to explore the great natural attractions of the island. Friday night we have an opening party with food, drink, music and a guest speaker or two. Saturday it is up to the track and in the evening we relax over estate wines and dinner. Sunday it is up to the track again, and after the action we have organised an optional private tour to see some of the local penguins in action! Package includes breakfast, 3 dinners, 3 days track transfers. Airport transfers, Thursday dinner, extra nights, tours are optional extras.

Pole Position Club VIP Phillip Island VIP Village Show/ Hide
For the top experience of the GP, go to the MotoGP VIP Village. For the top experience in the VIP Village, come to our Pole Position Club. For 2008 we have secured a private VIP suite on the pit row. Fully catered with breakfast, lunch and snacks, open bar all three days; the suite has a balcony with a view onto the final straight, directly on top of the MotoGP pits where you can look down to see all the action. CCTV keep you up to the minute and we enhance with regular printed race reports. There will be several pit lane walks and we take our customers into the pits and paddock to meet our sponsored teams and riders. This is UNAVAILABLE in any other VIP facility. We will also have a guest or two pop in to share their views from the paddock and our special contests always add an element of spice. Finally our host/esses look after your every need. Tickets are valid all three days and also get you into general admission for the circuit. Space is strictly limited, this will sell out.

Phillip Island Helicopter Transfer Show/ Hide
Want to miss the traffic and arrive in style? This is a perfect way to transfer to the circuit without having to trawl through the roads and traffic. We will collect you from your hotel in Melbourne and drive you to the helipad where you will be airlifted up above the clouds. Upon landing you will be escorted to the VIP Village to enjoy the race weekend. The price is for a return transfer getting you back to your hotel at the end of the day. Please provide times for when you would like to be transferred.

The VIP Village offers:

  • The VIP Village 'game' where you can win cool prizes (such as sitting on the pit lane wall at the start of the MotoGP!)
VIP is privilege. You aren't sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting people. You collect team posters and memorabilia. You get great photo opportunities. Sometimes riders and other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before the news.

You feel like you are a participant, not just an observer.

Over the years we have developed a circle of people we used to call customers. Now we think of them as friends. Join this circle. Be warned again: once you go VIP, there is no going back!
