Tickets may be collected from the Welcome Centre at the track - at left hand side of main gate. Ask for Pole Position box. Tickets are held by your Booking name; Please bring ID. Tickets will be available from Thursday evening.

Our Qatar packages are basically the way for you to enjoy this remarkable event without any hassles. From the moment you arrive in Doha, you are under our care.
This is especially important in an exotic destination like this - apart from getting you to the track on time, and ensuring that your room and other services are up to par; you can rely on us to local advice, organising extra-curricular activities, and generally be on hand to help out. Our entire Qatar programme is designed to keep you occupied from morning till late at night! You don't have to participate in all of it, but be warned - our philosophy on a motogp weekend is 'sleep when you are home'!
We have designed our packages to meet all budgets and tastes. In Qatar we have chosen hotels that have a liquor license - which effectively means 4* and higher. Lets face it, we are bikers, and we all enjoy a beer after the race!
Classic is in a very nice downtown 4* hotel, a no-frills room-only package. Choose this to keep costs down -- 3 nights here with a grandstand ticket is under US$500 per person !
Superior is in our traditional 5* Marriott. This is the one to go for if you want top accommodation and the beach. It also has our favourite night club next door - we and we expect many riders will be there Sunday night!
Deluxe is in the beautiful Ritz Carlton. Also 5* but definitely a cut above the Marriot, and the choice for many of the top motogp teams and riders. Choose this for the real VIP experience.
We are happy to sell you just tickets, however in Qatar more than most events, the package really adds an intangible but very cool 'social' element to the 'weekend! |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you,
provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes.
The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great
'extras'. At our top event in 2006 we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
Our flexible 'mix and match' system means we can provide ANY ticket with ANY package. What's your priority? The top experience throughout? The best seat and a bed to crash? We can offer it!
