The date of the Qatar MotoGP has been moved forward a weekend to 08 April 2011. Qatar has announced a repeat of the 4-night schedule they did in 2011 (previously they had stated they were reverting to the 3 night schedule) Anyone staying with us Thursday night can come up to the track with us (we will not be doing our usual 'happy hours' -- at least not officially!) |

This is one of our best VIP events of the year. If you are staying at the Deluxe hotel you will be in one of the top hotels of the season, and with the VIP Village, you will find yourself in great company (not to mention the only beer around!) With open paddock, small crowds and everything at a normally high standard, if you are looking for a unique event for a top experience or a corporate getaway, this is the one!Of course we take care of you from the moment you land. If you come a few days early, we can suggest additional activities -- and don't forget our Dune Bashing expedition!

Our Deluxe package is one of our top VIP packages of any motogp event! You will be staying at one of Doha's top 5* hotels, renown as a hangout for many of the top MotoGP teams and riders. (We strongly recommend you opt for the Club Floor). We collect you from the airport at your convenience. If you are around Thursday you will meet for a drink on us; Friday you can enjoy Doha or join us on an optional Desert Safari. Friday evening we have a welcome dinner followed by a trip to the circuit to catch the opening MotoGP practice in the evening if you wish. Saturday & Sunday evenings we take you to the track and back; with a closing drink Sunday evening on us to celebrate the first race of the season! The package includes the full attentions of our expert guides on call 24hr; and some cool merchandise including our famous polo shirts and cap. The Club Floor puts you in a private lounge, where you can breakfast with the the stars, and executive suites are also available. |

Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). One of the team members will make time to tell you more about the insides of running a MotoGP & take your questions. You will have the run of the entire paddock (no separate MotoGP paddock at non-European events) with your own paddock pass and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.Children 10 and under free with adult. |

For the ultimate experience of MotoGP world wide, there is no substitute for the official VIP Village. And of the VIP Villages, Losail is outstanding. The place is so laid back with no crowds that riders seem to just hang out waiting for the VIPs to come by! Pit lane walks mean you really get to see the backstage action, and the service road tours in a private a/c BMW mean you view this unique track right up close! There is a private grandstand on the back curves for VIPs (with TV view) and you can also use the main grandstand if you want that podium view! Perhaps best of all - VIP Village tickets grant you unlimited PADDOCK access! You WILL see all the riders up close! We are always the largest group here, and we enhance the experience with our own on-site guides; games; special guests (Cal Crutchlow in 2011) As a night race, we of course include dinner. Oh yes -- this is the ONLY place at the circuit where you can get a beer! |

Need something better than grandstands but don't want to go the full VIP? At half the price, the new Losail Club may be just what you need. An indoor/outdoor pavilion on the back curves giving a unique view of the circuit. It also has a private grandstand with large screen TV (and CCTV in the chalets). There are outdoor tables, indoor 'lounge areas' with couches, and indoor tables, with ample freedom of movement. The hospitality includes excellent food and drink all evening (no alcohol); music, and a private car park adjacent to the tent. Best of all, when booking with Pole Position, we run private paddock tours for our customers (shared paddock passes)n.b. the unit is open Saturday and Sunday only; Friday you may use the main grandstand. |

Friday we run our now-traditional Desert Safari. Many of the Qatari dunes will still remember us from last year! We board a fleet of modern desert camels (4x4 Landcruisers) where we are taken by professional drivers deep into the Qatari wastelands. The desert scenery, especially as we go along the coastlines, can be breathtaking -- if you can put your terror to one side! We split the group into 'cravens', 'adventurers' and 'berserkers' so you can go at your own pace! On the way we stop for a bash of our own on quad bikes or camels - depending on your speed... (Quads booked direct on the day) A desert tea & kebab break with optional dune surfing mean you leave no experience untried. We depart directly from all our hotels in the morning, and we will get you back in time for our opening bash! Not to be missed - but go light on breakfast! |
