VIP selling fast! Sepang has one of the top VIPs of MotoGP; and as the penultimate race of a tight season, we think this may be the deciding event. So do many others apparently! We expect the VIP Village to sell out, so book soon.

MotoGP VIP & Hospitality
|
As usual, we can organise any special services for the MotoGP; although our package provides a very high level of service.
Our hotel Shangri-La also has superior rooms and suites suitable for VIP accommodation (the ordinary rooms are quite nice as well)
There is only one choice for trackside options: the VIP Village is one of the best in MotoGP.

If you want to combine a holiday with a MotoGP we cannot recommend Sepang strongly enough. Malaysia is a fantastic destination: plan a couple of extra days before or after the GPs at your Sepang hotel or we can send you off to Penang or other great destinations. This is also a great value event; book early, you may be pleasantly surprised at the cost of flights! 2007 was a brilliant weekend: we enjoyed our guest speaker so much we now sponsor him for 2008! (Young British 125cc rider Danny Webb) The package includes 3 nights B&B in a 4*+ hotel, dinner and drinks at Friday night reception, optional Friday track transfers or Kuala Lumpur city tour, and transfers on Saturday and Sunday, with very welcome happy hour (free drinks!) on our return in the evening. Full attention of our guides, cool Sepang 2008 polo shirt, and optional closing dinner round out a perfect Malaysian weekend! Rates quoted are for standard double. Superior & suites also available. |

Sepang Grand Prix VIP Village |
VIP Village |
Show/ Hide
|
We rate Sepang as the best VIP experience of the tournament. The Malaysian Grand Prix is one of the least well-attended; making the whole experience low key and stress-free. The VIP Village itself sits on top of the pits in a truly luxurious facility. You have access to the entire pit roof giving great views all along the main straight. Free paddock access means you can simply lurk waiting for riders and other notables, who - since there aren't hordes of fans to avoid - frequently stop and chat or sign the odd bit of merchandise. (The photo is one lucky customer who managed to bag a mere 13 motoGP riders on his 'Sepang 2006' shirt). The usual pit walks and VIP Village game (with no competition most of our customers got to sit on the pit wall) are complemented by truly sumptious food and drink. You really will feel privileged to be here! |

"Once you've gone VIP, there is no going back!"
So have said several of our customers...
We make no apologies - our customers are SERIOUS MotoGP fans, and our mission is to give you the ultimate
MotoGP weekend. We get you there early. We are always the last to leave. We bring you results, gossip,
ear plugs, poster tubes, programmes, whatever you need to have the most memorable weekend.
Corporate entertaining or autograph bagging (or both!) the VIP Village is where it happens.
The VIP Village offers:
- Great viewing, in air-conditioned pavilion strategically located (some events have private viewing stands)
- Closed circuit TV for the rest of the action
- Pit lane walks
- Paddock tours
- Service road tours on many of the circuits
- Luxury catering, including buffet breakfast, lunch, petit fours, sweets
- Open bar (cocktails at most circuits) & coffee bar
- Official Programme
- The VIP Village 'game' where you can win cool prizes (such as sitting on the pit lane wall at the start of the MotoGP!)
VIP is privilege. You aren't
sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past
people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting
people. You collect team posters and memorabilia. You get great photo opportunities. Sometimes riders and
other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before
the news.
You feel like you are a participant, not just an observer.
Over the years we have developed a circle of people we used to call customers. Now we think of them as friends.
Join this circle. Be warned again: once you go VIP, there is no going back!
