With six hotels in Valencia in 3*, 4* and 5* categories, you can be sure we have a package for your style and budget. You can book any number of nights (a minimum, usually 3 nights, applies), arriving any day (as long as Saturday night is included); with single, double or triple occupancy in most packages. Children occupying a room with parents usually get a substantial discount

Which Valencia MotoGP package?
Classic is great for getting the full benefits of our staff and package, but keeping hotel costs down. Great for bikers: the hotel has an underground secure garage. This is the package for the serious moto-heads!
Superior is one of our 4* hotels, and really ideal for those intending to spend a little time exploring the city or just value a bit more comfort. Tends to be better for families as there are more facilities, and a bit quieter.
Deluxe is simply the best Valencia has to offer. The hotel is brilliant. For VIPs and anyone seeking to impress.
The Beach Package , in a deluxe (4-5*) beach resort always sells out first. This is the ideal package for spending a few extra days, and is a 'total care' package - we take care of you from arrival to departure.
All packages can be tailored to your exact needs; and for groups of 10 or more we can do a special quotation.
For years we have been coming back to the same reliable 3* Hotel in Valencia for our Classic Package. This is the one to choose if you want to keep costs down and party level high! The hotel is within easy reach of the city centre, and is on the main road from the city to the track, so it makes getting in and out pretty simple. (We also enjoy priority bus access, making it about 30 minutes into the track on Sunday!) Many good local pubs and restaurants ensure lots to do in the evenings! Our package includes: 3 nights (or more) bed and breakfast; Friday opening party (pictured); Track transfers Sat/Sun (optional Fri); on site guide and special Valencia souvenirs. The Hotel Balneario Las Arenas is the only five star hotel located directly in front of the Valencia sea front and a popular haunt for post-GP promenading by locals and MotoGP personalities alike. Overlooking a fantastic view of the sea and a few minutes' walk from the city center, the hotel combines the architectural historic of Las Arenas (founded in 1898) with the latest in elegance and luxury.
The Las Arenas also provides 11 meeting and conference rooms equipped with the latest conferencing technologies - perfect for the executive wanting to combine a hint of business with the thrill of the Valencian MotoGP.
Rooms are available on a 2- and 3-night basis - commencing on Friday 24/10/08 - and have either city views (standard) or superb sea views (executive upgrade). Prices are for bed & breakfast: we can also arrange private track transfers (including helicopter), airport collections and entertainment for you and your guests.

For the top experience of the Valencia MotoGP, only our Deluxe package will satisfy. We use the top boutique 5* hotel in Valencia, the spectacular Palau de la Mar. Set in a stately 19th century home, the interior is an explosion of design that will delight and enchant you. The spa is perhaps our best of the MotoGP, featuring indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, a sauna and a fitness area, and a separate private spa area with an amazing range of treatments available. If you can drag yourself away, our package features our Friday charity reception with top speakers and auction, VIP shuttle service on Saturday and Sunday (optional complementary transfer on Friday), private dedicated VIP guide, embroidered Valencia 2008 Polo Shirt, and airport pickup. Our most popular Valencia package is an all-inclusive 3 (or more) night non-stop MotoGP weekend. Our hotel is the deluxe beach resort, the Sidi Saler, situated just 15km from the city centre, and 30 minutes on the coach to the track, even Sunday morning! A private beach complements the full indoor spa, pool & sauna. For those staying a few days (highly recommended!) you can also enjoy golf at several nearby courses, and take the free shuttle bus into the city centre to catch the night life. Our package includes 3 nights with breakfast, Sat & Sun track transfers, our opening party (with transport); Sunday night closing dinner (a huge hit in 2007!), dedicated guides, Valencia 2008 polo shirt; and optionally you may join our Friday city tour or come up to the track with us. We can arrange airport pickup. We cover everything apart from Sat dinner (and we offer an option for that!). Great for singles and families.

Centrally located in the heart of cosmopolitan Valencia, the Melia Plaza hotel is perfect for so-called "destination tourists" - those who want more out of their MotoGP weekend than simply a hotel room and racing action. Stepping out through the front door of the hotel your senses will either guide you one way towards the Lonja fish market where you can see (and smell!) the locals hawk their freshly-caught wares; or if you're more of a culture buff you'll head the other way towards the Lladró Museum. Alternatively you can simply let your internal GPS system guide you - or get lost - through the labyrinth streets that make up the old town of Valencia.

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you,
provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes.
The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great
'extras'. At our top event in 2006 we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
Our flexible 'mix and match' system means we can provide ANY ticket with ANY package. What's your priority? The top experience throughout? The best seat and a bed to crash? We can offer it!
