The first thing to know about Valencia VIP is that it sells out VERY QUICKLY.
The Valencia MotoGP VIP Village is one of the best of the tournament, with a private pavilion near the paddock and a private VIP grandstand right at the entry to turn 1, very close to the bikes for great close-up views. Because of the high demand for these tickets, we will only sell as part of a package. If you are thinking of a VIP visit to Valencia, you may book a package with tickets from us, and then alter your package, nights, etc later in the year (space of course permitting) Locking in the tickets is your primary concern early on.
Speaking of Valencia VIP Packages, we offer even more options this year than in the past. Our Deluxe Package remains at the sublime 5* Hotel Palau de la Mar; and again we offer the very popular all-inclusive Beach Package staying at a top beach resort.

For the top experience of the Valencia MotoGP, only our Deluxe package will satisfy. We use the top boutique 5* hotel in Valencia, the spectacular Palau de la Mar. Set in a stately 19th century home, the interior is an explosion of design that will delight and enchant you. The spa is perhaps our best of the MotoGP, featuring indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, a sauna and a fitness area, and a separate private spa area with an amazing range of treatments available. If you can drag yourself away, our package features our Friday charity reception with top speakers and auction, VIP shuttle service on Saturday and Sunday (optional complementary transfer on Friday), private dedicated VIP guide, embroidered Valencia 2008 Polo Shirt, and airport pickup. Many optional extras include our Sunday night closing party (a must!), Friday city tour & of course private travel arrangements including helicopter transfers. Our most popular Valencia package is an all-inclusive 3 (or more) night non-stop MotoGP weekend. Our hotel is the deluxe beach resort, the Sidi Saler, situated just 15km from the city centre, and 30 minutes on the coach to the track, even Sunday morning! A private beach complements the full indoor spa, pool & sauna. For those staying a few days (highly recommended!) you can also enjoy golf at several nearby courses, and take the free shuttle bus into the city centre to catch the night life. Our package includes 3 nights with breakfast, Sat & Sun track transfers, our opening party (with transport); Sunday night closing dinner (a huge hit in 2007!), dedicated guides, Valencia 2008 polo shirt; and optionally you may join our Friday city tour or come up to the track with us. We can arrange airport pickup. We cover everything apart from Sat dinner (and we offer an option for that!). Great for singles and families.

For the ultimate event of the season, we have the ultimate VIP experience! The VIP Village at Valencia has it all: The marquee with central terrace and Legends bar is adjacent to the paddock. There is a private viewing grandstand right at the entrance to turn one - always a thrilling spot on the track - the riders less than 3m from you, with the great views across most of the circuit that Valencia is famous for. Paddock tours and pit lane walks means you will see behind the scenes at this most frantic of events. Service road tours on a raffle basis together with other great prizes; and of course with probably largest contingent of VIPs in Valencia, we always bring along extra goodies and have reps in the Village on hand to help you. VERY LIMITED. These sell out by March, thus they are only sold as part of package.

Join us for our end of the season bash. We take over a classic Valencian restaurant to celebrate both the end of a great weekend and toast the new 2008 world champions. Our meal is always great fun, tasting the local cuisine and more than a little of the local beverage! We will review some of the finer moments of the season, and generally have a great laugh. Anyone still standing is invited to join us for a little bit of a pub crawl later -- we target some of the haunts favoured by riders! We run a bus from all out hotels to the event, and then back. Price includes food, transport and table wine; additional drink (there will be!) is on a cash basis.

We open the Valencia GP with a bang! Our welcome parties are now a firm favourite with our customers at all events, and as one of our biggest Valencia is extra special. This year we are dedicating the bash in support of Downs Syndrome Ireland, who themselves are bringing several lucky supporters to the GP through the sponsorship of Pole Position Travel. The party kicks off with drinks and a finger buffet. We have several guest speakers and some surprise riders to shed light on the 2008 & coming 2009 seasons. The highlight of the evening will be an auction of rare and unique signed motogp-related merchandise! Music and dancing will ensure that you linger long to meet fellow enthusiasts. We provide transport from our hotels to the event, and run a shuttle bus back to our hotels and the city centre. 2007 was a huge success, with many riders turning up including all the British MotoGP Red Bull Rookies (pictured) & nearly 7000 EUR raised for charity!

MotoGP weekend. We get you there early. We are always the last to leave. We bring you results, gossip,
ear plugs, poster tubes, programmes, whatever you need to have the most memorable weekend.
Corporate entertaining or autograph bagging (or both!) the VIP Village is where it happens.
The VIP Village offers:
- Great viewing, in air-conditioned pavilion strategically located (some events have private viewing stands)
- Closed circuit TV for the rest of the action
- Pit lane walks
- Paddock tours
- Service road tours on many of the circuits
- Luxury catering, including buffet breakfast, lunch, petit fours, sweets
- Open bar (cocktails at most circuits) & coffee bar

- The VIP Village 'game' where you can win cool prizes (such as sitting on the pit lane wall at the start of the MotoGP!)
VIP is privilege. You aren't
sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past
people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting
people. You collect team posters and memorabilia. You get great photo opportunities. Sometimes riders and
other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before
the news.
You feel like you are a participant, not just an observer.
Over the years we have developed a circle of people we used to call customers. Now we think of them as friends.
