Argentina 2018 - Now accepting firm bookings!

Argentina is the most difficult MotoGP of the year to attend. However for those that make it, it is a totally unique experience, with access to riders & teams both on and off track; and the feeling that you are one of the few non-Argentinans to make the effort.
We are pleased to announce that we have received cost information earlier than usual and can now confirm our firm offers for packages and products. Book soon!

ARGENTINA MOTOGP 2018

First, please be aware that the date of 6-8 April 2018 is provisional. While we have a very high confidence in this date, you need to be aware that there remains a small chance that they may move or cancel the event.

The other caveat is that our guided tour depends on a minimum number of people booking (8). Based on pre-sales enquiries, we are hopeful that this will be achieved. Should it not, you will be offered a reduced price and we can provide the accommodation and tickets (and loads of advice and local contacts!) on a self-guided basis.

THE PACKAGES
We operate one package, which starts in Buenas Aires and includes flights and ground transport to Termas Rio Hondo. This is in a very good hotel in the town centre, and like all our packages will be guided with transfers, opening dinner with speaker(s) and more. All hotels require a 5 night (or more) minimum booking, so we take advantage of this to join the town on Wednesday, giving us a leisurely Thursday to relax, recover from jet lag or explore the town.

You MAY make your own way and join our 5 night package there. Travel within Argentina can be tricky (as teams discovered in 2016!) but we can offer some advice.

We offer ordinary tickets (book with caution - the crowds are huge and facilities scarce), VIP Village and Team Experience. Go VIP if you can, this also includes Paddock access; but our Moto2 or MotoGP team experiences are also good alternatives.

TO BOOK:
Please place a booking on line or contact us, and you will have a reservation.

At this point we ask a 50% deposit; which will be fully refundable if the date changes or we fail to offer a guided tour. Should we offer you an unguided tour, of course your deposit will be applied to the new, lower, price.

Also you may elect not to attend for your own reasons, in which case we will convert the deposit to a voucher against any other booking with us.

The tour price is still subject to change, owing to currency fluctuations, flight costs and other factors outwith our control, so we do strongly recommend you book soon & lock in your price, and in any case before our deadline of 31/12/17.

Make a holiday out of this one!
