It puts things in better perspective to know that the business is not solely profit driven (of course crucial to a successful business) and some of this is being put back inot the sport at grass roots level - keep up the good work.

_ The Hotel was good, a true 4*. As you said in the package description.
_ The pick up was well organized (and I know that is not so easy to get learnt a Spanish bus driver who does't understand his own language). The only way to improve the transport service is to buy a Teleport cause is not easy to live the sunday morning trauma... but, that's the only way to be at the track in time.
_at the end the staff: helpful, kind and friendly. Nothing else to ask for!

[valencia07] Many thanks for a great 7 days in Valencia. From the taxi at the airport through to leaving the following wednesday the whole event ran as though on rails. Patrick our rep at Sidi Saler was a credit to your company being approachable and always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. Having had the dissapointment of missing last years event through to a certain company going into liquidation i approached booking with an events company again with some trepidation. Your company and staff, front of house and behind the scenes have certainly restored my faith and the only doubt for next year is which GP (or maybe 2 ) to attend. Once again well done and thanks.

[brno07] Philip and I wanted to say a big thank you for all your help and assistance in both the making of arrangements to get us to Prague airport and for taking the time out to deliver us over to the taxi and ensuring the connection was made as smoothly as possible. We were extremely grateful for your calm approach, at a time when our stress levels were starting to rise with Phil's operation scheduled for the next day!
Phil's operation went well on his shattered collar bone though he is having some problems with the shoulder joint, however he's on the road to recovery now and at least he still managed to see the Moto GP despite everything, thanks to Pole Position and it s great staff.
We have spoken by phone to Brett but please thank him for his help and concern again for us when your paths next cross.
I hope we shall meet you again a little later in the season but if not then we wish you a calm and smooth delivery of baby Howell!

[brno07] Recently got back from taking the family to the GP at Bruno and it struck me how fantastically simple it is these days compared how it used to be a few years ago (as well as countries now much further away) to visit overseas GP's, validated by me taking wife and two daughters out there on a "no hassle" whatsoever basis. So if I can do it why are there not more Brits taking the chance to visit "Johnny Foreigner" while cheering our boys on and be close to the action .

There are quite a few companies now doing these trips to keep one in one's comfort zone (We went with those wonderful people at Pole Position Travel) - worth spelling it out to the masses maybe?, cheap beer, trackside parties, cheap beer, MotoGP VIP village access, cheap beer, oh did I mention cheap beer and a group of like minded people that you keep bumping into while there for sensible conversations (until the cheap beer takes over of course).

[brno07] I felt that the transport arrangements were very well done, very prompt and were always timely for departure and arrivals. One bus driver was a little ill-mannered (return from the opening party), but it did not bother me at all and was, in fact, somewhat entertaining.

I really enjoyed the train from Brno to Prague and would suggest this routing as opposed to using the bus. The train was comfortable, interesting scenery and a new experience. Very nice.

I would grade the transport arrangements as an "A".

[lagunaseca07] Sorry I didn't get to say see you later and thank you in person. Quite a busy fellow you are! But, thanks for a great weekend. Kasia and I will never forget it. You and all the staff were so very friendly and helpful. We got some great photos that we'll try to send soon. And we met some really nice people.

I'm kind of bummed now that it's all over, and feeling a bit melancholy having to return to reality. I'll just have to look forward to next year which if we plan right, we'll be in Italy during a race there. Be it Superbike or MotoGP.

[lagunaseca05] Dear Pole Position: .... I wanted to surprise my husband with a trip to the MotoGP race at Laguna Seca. Found Pole Position Travel on line and life has never been the same. The VIP package was wonderful, Gordon made sure we had "a weekend experience" not just a trip to the races. Later we heard horror stories from people who didn't travel with Pole Position; one friend was so frustrated he spent that Sunday in Monterey watching the race on TV in his motel room. Recommend anyone who thinking about going to any or all of the MotoGP races contact the Pole Position staff and I know they will design "AN EXPERIENCE" you will never regret.
