All 9 of our packages have been carefully designed to meet the needs, tastes and budgets of customers based on our many years of experience here.
Here is a quick guide to selecting the right package for you and your party (from most to least expensive with star rating and min nights). Unless noted, all packages include breakfast, Sat/Sun track transfers, our Friday opening party, guide (& their mobile phone number!):
Royal Package - 5 * /2 nts. For very top VIP! Helicopter to track from your chateau
Deluxe Package - 4+*/3 nts. Top boutique hotel in Brno. VIPs who want best of everything
Grand Package - 4+*/2 nts: For top central accommodation, best for VIPs needing only 2 nights
Superior Package - 4*/3 nts: Better value for money (than 3*) for singles and extra nights; choice of two hotels
Classic Package - 3*/2nts: Our most popular package, in central Brno, especially good for groups, triples, quads. Good for agencies.
Special 3/3 Package - 3*/3nts: Best value package, includes Sat. Charity.gp; choice of city or village hotel. Always sells out first.
Special Castle Package - 3*/3nts: New for 2008! Based in 13th c. castle. Includes Charity.GP and Sun dinner. Great for bikers.
Resort Package - 3*/2nts: A 'quieter' location in Brno's recreation area, super value. Great for families and bikers.
Economy package - 2*/2nts: Clean and simple ensuite twin bed rooms and transfers. No frills.
We can also book hotels in Prague (and elsewhere); and generally take care of you from the moment you land.

Especially for our VIP clients, we bring the top Brno has to offer. Our Deluxe package is based in the charming boutique 16th century hotel Royal Ricc, in the heart of the old town, the top hotel in Brno. You will stay for 3 (or more) nights B&B, with a dedicated VIP minivan taking you directly to the VIP Village (or other location on the track) on Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday). On Friday night we host a small VIP reception, and then we will take you up to the track for the big opening party. If you attend the Charity.GP (separate cost) on Saturday we will take you there as well as put you in the VIP section. Finally, Sunday night you join our traditional Moravian closing dinner and wine tasting at the beautiful Vinarna U Kralovny Elisky. We round the package out with our special Brno 2008 embroidered polo shirt, and a very special gift for our VIP customers. Of course our expert VIP guide is available for any assistance. Upgrade to suite is available.

Our Grand package is especially for customers demanding top quality, but can only stay 2 nights. You will stay at the landmark hotel of Brno - the Grand hotel. The hotel is across from the main train station in the heart of Brno and has been newly renovated complete with air conditioning. This is one of the hotels of choice for many teams and MotoGP VIPs, with whom you are bound to rub shoulders in the bar. Friday evening we have a small VIP reception, then we take you to the track for our big opening party. Saturday and Sunday our dedicated coach will take you directly to the VIP Village, hospitality area or grandstands; and we run a courtesy shuttle from the hotel to our Saturday night Charity.GP gala. The package comes with our top quality Brno 2008 polo shirt, programme, cap and more; and our dedicated guide will be on hand at the Grand to help you with any needs. Space is very limited, book early. Some deluxe rooms are available.

Our Superior package is ideal for those demanding a bit more quality of accommodation and hotel services. You may choose either our 4* city hotel, which is in the very heart of Brno, or the lovely 4* Villa hotel which is a peaceful location in the suburbs (pictured). Both have very secure parking. The package includes 3 nights B&B, track transfers on Sat/Sun with optional transfer on Friday; entry (with transport) to our Friday opening party; our coveted Brno 2008 polo shirt and cap, and most importantly the services of our guides. Our coaches are direct to your grandstand - and with this package we strongly recommend our hospitality tent for a trackside experience in keeping with the hotel. You are invited to our Saturday gala at the brewery, and all our other options and excursions. If you are staying more than 2-3 nights, this package has the best value for money for extra nights. it is also the best value for single occupancy.
