All of our packages have been carefully designed to meet the needs, tastes and budgets of customers based on our many years of experience here.
Here is a quick guide to selecting the right package for you and your party (from most to least expensive with star rating and minimum nights). Unless noted, all packages include breakfast, Sat/Sun track transfers, our Friday opening party, guide (& their mobile phone number!).

Classic Package - 3*/2nts: Our most popular package, in central Brno, especially good for groups, triples, quads. Good for agencies, we have most rooms in this class. Everyone
Economy package - 2*/2nts: Clean and simple ensuite twin bed rooms and transfers. No frills.
We can also book hotels in Prague (and elsewhere); and generally take care of you from the moment you land. Book your basic package and talk to us!
Especially for our VIP clients, we bring the top Brno has to offer. Our Deluxe package is based in the top hotel in Brno, in the heart of the old town. You will stay for 2 (or more) nights B&B, with a dedicated VIP shuttle taking you directly to the VIP Village (or other location on the track) on Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday). On Friday night we host a small VIP reception, and then we will take you up to the track for the big opening party. If you attend the Charity.GP (separate cost) on Saturday we will take you there as well as put you in the VIP section. Finally, Sunday night you join our traditional Moravian closing dinner and wine tasting at the beautiful Vinarna U Kralovny Elisky. We round the package out with our special Brno embroidered polo shirt. Of course our expert VIP guide is available 24hr for any assistance. With 2 options of room type you can even upgrade to a corner Deluxe room. |

Well you are here for the racing, and just need a place to crash! Our Economy package is just the ticket. Stay in our basic B+B hotel (actually a converted University dorm) with clean simple rooms consisting of two single beds, table, chairs, a private bathroom with shower. No TV, phone, but you don't need these! We run a coach between the hotel and the track Saturday and Sunday, you are also a 10 minute walk from Mendlovo namesti to pick up the free shuttle (runs all three days). Mendlovo nam. is also the site of our Thursday happy hours at the brewery (where you can collect your package and get a free beer on us!) and our Saturday night Charity.GP (optional). If you wish to join the Friday trackside party, we offer a discounted price and transport. You have a help line phone number and we have a couple of Czech (and English)-speaking reps staying at the hotel to help out.

What a great way to experience a MotoGP! Join our MotoGP-mad bikers for EIGHT days of biking, MotoGP racing, and huge fun! Our escorted tour starts from Dover on 22nd August (other ferry routes optional). We take the ferry over to Calais then it's 250 miles to Bonn. Thursday is another 250 miles to historic Nurnburg. Friday gets us to Brno (320 miles) where we have you booked for THREE nights in a well loved 3* hotel in the city centre. After a Gala trackside opening party Friday (guest speakers, pig roast, bottomless beer/wine) we leave the bikes parked securely and take a coach door-to-circuit on Saturday and Sunday. We watch the races on Sunday using a general admission circuit ticket, with optional upgrades to reserved grandstand or hospitality. Monday morning we head 120 miles to Prague where we stay in the heart of this stunning city; then if you can stand the pace, take a very special evening walking tour featuring some of Prague's top 'real Czech' pubs! Finally on Tuesday we head home, arriving back in the UK Wednesday evening after an overnight stop in Germany. Wow! |

You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you,

The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great
'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:

We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)
The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
