Some happy customers on way home from the 'best weekend of their life'
More than any other event, for atmosphere, location and sheer excitement, Laguna Seca is the one that really sets our pulses racing! And in case anyone was under any illusion, the incredible Rossi/Stoner duel of 2008 had to be one of the best races in MotoGP history. Standing at the finish line in our Pole Position Club, seeing Casey and Vale going at it axle-to-axle; with our 50 VIP guests, narrating the action to our special guest American Baseball legend Reggie Jackson and family, made Laguna my personal top experience of that year! 2009 saw Pedrosa take a valiant win going down to the line with Rossi and Lorenzo close behind; with a new stunning VIP Village and super improvements to our signature chalet.
To help ensure you get the maximum opportunity to enjoy the most electrifying event of the year, we have implemented a simple philosophy: put together the kind of packages that we MotoGP-fans ourselves would like to experience. And have we! With TWO private trackside hospitality options: The Pole Position Club - superior catering and a stunning terrace right at pole position on the finish line • The VIP Village Suite - the top experience of the race in our private air conditioned room as part of the official VIP Village, including pit lane walks and paddock tours and spectacular views from the top of Turn 1. All get you general admission and paddock access, closed circuit TV, our hostesses to look after you and we can offer an optional Saturday PARADE LAP! We will drag a MotoGP personality or two past the Club for a special talk; and generally ensure you have your 'ear to the ground' for insights into the MotoGP world.
But it isn't all trackside! Sleep will be optional for those of you who really want to maximise the weekend: For those of you arriving early Thursday we support the Riders for Health programme getting you into the pits, meeting riders, getting a lap on the track and more! Pay the $500 and join them for a day long private guided motorcycle ride through gorgeous Monterey Valley. Thursday evening is our traditional Happy Hours. Our Friday opening reception is a great drinks and meal session with a very special guest speaker, and video presentation. Saturday night we are preparing a very unique trackside special dinner - details to be announced. Sunday concludes with a winding down meal in a local restaurant followed by a pub crawl designed to intercept MotoGP riders in a similar mission (we succeeded in spectacular fashion last year!)
If you have deal with hotels, traffic, reservations etc in Monterey during the MotoGP you will really appreciate this statement: Sit back and leave it all to us! Our tour packages take care of you from the moment of arrival. With airport collection if needed; accommodation, breakfast, transfers, opening party, and all the optional activities on Sat and Sun nights. We offer two choices: for the more budget conscious (and great value for families) go with our Classic Package in well rated 3* hotel. For the top experience of Laguna Seca, our Deluxe Package plants you on a top-rated 5* Hotel right on the water! All include our expert guides, transfers and the Friday reception with our unique merchandise. We deliberately keep package numbers low -- hey we like to have a good time here as well!
