REMEMBER: PRICES ARE QUOTED WITHOUT TICKETS. You may choose any ticket with any package when booking.San Marino is one of our larger events, and we have packages for all budgets and styles. All packages include bed, breakfast, track transfers on Sat/Sun, access to our guides and our opening party on Friday. All hotels apart from the Special package are in the lovely town of Riccione, which is the heart of the night life and atmosphere of the MotoGP weekend. All hotels have been personally inspected (and most we used last year) All hotels are also easy access to the beach, some better than others. All hotels have secure motorcycle parking. Let us know any special requests.
Choose the Classic package when your real focus is trackside, and the town nightlife. The hotels are great, simple and you will not be disappointed. The Superior package is set in a 4* villa hotel of outstanding quality and service. The Deluxe package is for VIPs. Simply the top luxury hotel in the region.

If only the best will do, we of course have the best.Our Deluxe package puts you in the finest hotel in the region right in the heart of Riccione -- the night life centre of the MotoGP weekend. When you step into the spectacular 100 year old establishment, you will feel transported back to the heyday of the aristocratic summer sojourns. Incredibly romantic, with two pools, the classic American bar, spa, and two restaurant, the hotel leaves nothing wanting. We of course add our own special attentions. The package includes 3 nights accommodation, breakfast, VIP track shuttle on Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday) and our opening party Friday as well as our (in)famous closing dinner Sunday. Add our very special VIP merchandise and an exclusive guide to look after you. We collect you from Rimini airport, and if you prefer to skip the traffic, we offer an optional helicopter transfer. |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
