We have turned San Marino into a real VIP event, with many options. As usual, you can mix-and-match accommodation packages with tickets.Two packages are designed with VIPs in mind: the Deluxe package is in Riccione at the top hotel in the region, a perfectly restored holiday palace from a bygone era. Last year we parked our VIP shuttle bus alongside Ferraris and Lamborghini Reventons!
Trackside we of course offer VIP Village ; and if you want to get right inside the paddock and pits, consider joining our ClubGP and becoming a guest of one of our sponsored teams.
Helicopter transfers are offered as a standard product at Misano, where traffic is known to be bad! We fly you from Rimini airport in 10 minutes (taking you there in private car of course!)
We can of course organise any private function or tour for your business or VIP clients. Just ask.
** Don't forget: join us on Monday for our annual visit to Tavullia (Rossi's home town) and a shopping visit and lunch in San Marino itself - the tiny principality perched high above the sea on the ancient rocky outcrop.

When you step into the spectacular 100 year old establishment, you will feel transported back to the heyday of the aristocratic summer sojourns. Incredibly romantic, with two pools, the classic American bar, spa, and two restaurant, the hotel leaves nothing wanting. We of course add our own special attentions. The package includes 3 nights accommodation, breakfast, VIP track shuttle on Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday) and our opening party Friday as well as our (in)famous closing dinner Sunday. Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass (MotoGP paddock available only to supporters of a MotoGP team at European events) and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult. |

The VIP Village at San Marino is an air conditioned infield marquee with CCTV, great food and drink, and views to the main straight and first corner. There is also a private VIP grandstand on the main straight. The usual pit lane walks, paddock tours and the VIP Village game (giving you the opportunity to take service road tours, win merchandise, or sit on the pit wall - one lucky customer last year one this top prize on BOTH Saturday and Sunday!) The VIP Village is closed on Friday, if you want to attend the track let us know in advance and we will give you a general admission pass. For those customers coming in via helicopter, the air field is a very short walk; we will escort you. NEW: We will be taking Pole Position customers on PRIVATE PADDOCK TOURS to view a pit or two and the paddock with our expert guide and genuine paddock passes! |

If you are looking for hospitality treatment at half the price of VIP Village, then our Pole Position Club might be just the ticket! We have a tented area behind the 'C' grandstand - an oasis. The chalet features comfortable seating, drinks and snacks and late lunch, and CCTV so you don't miss a minute of action. Included you have a seat in the covered C grandstand, very close to the track and a great TV view. Best of all, we run private paddock tours, giving you the unique opportunity to get backstage, visiting the pits of one of our sponsored teams and see the MotoGP circus up close! With our hostesses to assist you, and a 'welcome pack' to enhance your experience, this will be a great way to see this superb event. **For practice and qualifying days just choose the Prato or grandstand add-on during booking. Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. Children 10 and under free. |

| Misano MotoGP DediKato Charity Night |

Thursday, join us for a very special event: the now-annual fundraiser and memorial to MotoGP rider and 250cc world champion Daijiro Kato. The event is attended by thousands of spectators and many riders. We take you to the outdoor event in Misano, where we will be placed in the roped-off VIP area with a great view to the stage - you will feel like a rock star yourself as you get exclusive access to this area! We will be VIP guests of the host, team Honda Gresini. Drinks and refreshments will be provided, as well as an opportunity to meet some of the riders. Most of the programme is in Italian, however Pole Position staff will be on hand to interpret Italian to English (or Spanish) Price includes transport to/from our package hotels (please confirm need); access, guide, interpreter and all food/drink. IN 2012 the event is expected to commemorate Marco Simoncelli; more TBA. |

What a way to enter the circuit. Hassle free transport that has style of the 21st century. Make traffic the thing of the past by a helicopter transfer to the track. After a relaxing late breakfast, we take you in a private car to the Rimini airport helipad, where you board the chopper for the 10 minute hop to the circuit. We meet you at that end, and escort you the VIP Village. Same journey in reverse at the end of the day; let us know about what time you want to go and return. |
