CLASSIC is in a great 3* hotel in Florence. This is one of our best value packages of the tournament, and the room prices are great for singles as well. In a neighbourhood within easy walk of the centre; and plenty of local pubs and restaurants. Free secure parking makes this the one for bikers!
CITY is our NEW package also in a 3* hotel but smack in the heart of old Florence. A highly rated
in a great 3* hotel in Florence. This is one of our best value packages of the tournament, and the room prices are great for singles as well. In a neighbourhood within easy walk of the centre; and plenty of local pubs and restaurants.
SUPERIOR is in a 4* Villa Hotel in the hills above Florence. (A short taxi to city centre) This is better for families owing to the great recreational facilities and quiet location. This is also the venue for our Friday opening party. If you are staying more than 3 nights, choose this package - is best value for extra nights AND singles!
Our DELUXE Package is the top package of the year. In a stunning 15th century palazzo in Florence centre; with optional helicopter transfer to the track over the Sunday traffic, this is the one for the VIPs. The suites there are perhaps the best hotel room we have ever stayed in; one of the 'Prestige Suites' is featured as the frontspiece of 'The Leading Small Hotels of the World' (our 'bible'!)
Our Deluxe Package in Mugello is our top hotel of the season! You will stay in the heart of Florence, minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, yet in unbelievable tranquility of a 15th cen. Palazzo! For the high demand of the Mugello MotoGP we have launched a new package right in the centre of Florence just off the Piazza Della Repubblica. Surrounded by Gucci and Ferrari, restaurants and bars the 19th century hotel is a stunning base for your weekend. Arrive Thursday and have a welcome drink on us. Friday there is an optional drive up to the circuit, followed by our opening party in the evening with food, drink and a guest speaker. Saturday it is up to the circuit in our coach. You have a free evening or join us for the exclusive MotoNight paddock experience (book early). Sunday again up to the circuit and then our optional winding down Florentine dinner to finish the weekend. You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you,
provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes.
The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great
'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)
The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
Our flexible 'mix and match' system means we can provide ANY ticket with ANY package. What's your priority? The top experience throughout? The best seat and a bed to crash? We can offer it!
