MotoGP VIP & Hospitality

The MotoGP VIP Village is one of the smallest in MotoGP, and is usually sold out by January.
However knowing this, we have our own private suite, the Pole Position Club. This is as good as the VIP Village and in many ways better. We offer private paddock and pit tours, and have our own staff, and very special guests over the weekend. Book your tickets NOW (don't wait!) as these are sure to sell out faster than Rossi can hurtle down the main straight.
For the accommodation package, choose either the Superior where you will be in a cosy 4* Villa, or the Deluxe package, with optional heli transfer on Sunday to land at the track, and spending the nights in an incredible palazzo.
All VIPs should seriously consider our MotoGP Night dinner in the paddock Saturday night with a MotoGP team -- especially at Mugello this is a unique experience not to be missed!
Our Deluxe Package in Mugello is our top hotel of the season! You will stay in the heart of Florence, minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, yet in unbelievable tranquility of a 15th cen. Palazzo! Each of the 11 rooms is individually crafted to elegant standards. Returning from the track to a bottle of Tuscan wine in the oasis of the private gardens is one of our most treasured moments of the GP season! Our package includes our Friday evening welcome party with food, drink, guest speaker and music. Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass (MotoGP paddock available only to supporters of a MotoGP team at European events) and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.
At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult.

For the top experience of the top MotoGP of the year, we have pulled out all the stops. We have an exclusive private air conditioned suite right over the pits each with a private viewing terrace onto the start straight for the top comfort and VIP viewing. For enhanced access to the circuit add the new Biondetti grandstand (view of where Rossi crashed in 2010) during the booking process at a discounted price for our customers. The club features CCTV, all-day open bar, breakfast and lunch and other snacks, and of course our hostesses on hand to serve and help you make sense of the action. Special guests will join us during the weekend for some inside tips on the sport (last year Cal Crutchlow amongst others)The main attraction is our private pit and paddock tours where our knowledgeable guide takes you right into the backstage, where you will see a working pit and meet riders. Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. After Valentino Rossi and the Roman Empire, Italy is most famous for its wonderful liquid product - vino! And given that you are already there, we offer a brilliant way to extend the euphoria of the hottest MotoGP on the planet with a visit to the coolest countryside in Europe. Nestled deep in the Tuscan hills, we take you a mountain-top villa, dating from Etruscan times, in the heart of Chianti country for 2 nights of wine, culture, music and sun! On Monday, we depart from Florence, taking the long way through the hills, stopping for lunch at an impossibly charming cafe in one of those Italian villages that looks about the same as it did under the Caesars. We then make our way to the Villa, where you check in and have a chance to unwind. Dinner at the villa starts with a welcome glass or two of the local stuff, and then a proper tasting of the real Chianti wines by a first class sommelier and a Tuscan feast. Tuesday we do a special excursion to visit the incredible town of Sienna, for an all-day adventure including walking tour, lunch and dinner, returning to our Villa for a few nightcaps. Wednesday after a very leisurely breakfast we drag you reluctantly away back to Florence (or you can extend your stay)

Keep the weekend alive! Come back up to the track to catch what is always a critical test! Most teams and riders will be on hand for this relaxing day at the track. You WILL meet them, as our private tour takes you to the track as a guest of a MotoGP team. You will have FULL MotoGP paddock access, be given a tour of the pit and can watch the proceedings from there; have full access to team hospitality, including drinks and light snacks. You will also eat lunch in the MotoGP paddock with the team. We will engaged a special who will join us for lunch to give us insights on what is happening at the tests and the MotoGP world in general. The tour includes our private expert guide on hand, and transport to and from the circuit as a group (we leave from our package hotels). We always end up back at one of our favourite locals for a wind-down pint or two... Bring your autograph pen!

Make the notorious 2+ hour Mugello traffic a thing of the past by a helicopter transfer to the track. From the helipad at Florence airport, your chopper will sweep you up over the Tuscan countryside before touching down approximately 15 minutes later.
