REMEMBER: PRICES ARE QUOTED WITHOUT TICKETS. You may choose any ticket with any package when booking.Our top package is right at the Island in the best hotel around. Really intended for people who want to get the most out of the weekend, we take care of you from arrival to departure. With a very low customer:staff ratio (about 12:1) this is a VIP package.
If you are SINGLE, or a couple trying to save a few more $$ for beer, consider the SHARED option. You will take your own room in one of the luxury apartments and share a bathroom; we try hard to ensure your flatmate is compatible!
New this year is a BUDGET package - you can enjoy the GP with 3 nights B&B, tickets & transfers for under $600 per person!
We can also help with transport from Melbourne airport, let us know flight details and we will see about consolidating you with other customers (both directions)

Based at Silverwater Resort just 2km from the Island our 4 night package packs a weekend of action and adventure! Thursday we welcome you with happy hour drinks and an optional private tour to see some of the local penguins in action! Afterwards we make an excursion into Cowes for a restaurant dinner (included) where many riders are known to haunt. Friday we take you to the track or leave you to explore the great natural attractions of the island. Friday night we have our opening party with food, drinks and special guest. Saturday it is up to the track for qualifying. In the evening there is an optional (extra cost) trackside party with an Aussie MotoGP legend (last year was WAYNE GARDNER) - otherwise dinner at hotel. Sunday it is up to the track again, followed by our now-traditional closing dinner. Package includes breakfast, 4 dinners, 3 days track transfers, guides, cool merchandise. You asked for it - we deliver! See the incredible MotoGP at Phillip Island at a price which leaves plenty of room for more beers and souvenirs! Our package is based in a budget motel 1 hour from the circuit, and on easy public transport from Melbourne. The accommodation (which we have in its entirety) is clean and simple with double, twin and family rooms (sleeping 3-5 if you really want to economise!). We also have a couple of superior rooms with their own spa if you want something a bit extra. We are down the street from the RSL (read: good cheap food & drink!), and tons of pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The package includes a dedicated expert guide on site, continental breakfast, transfers to and from the track on Saturday & Sunday. Options include Friday track transfer and our Friday trackside opening party; single rooms, extra nights on either end and of course you can upgrade to any ticket type you wish (we quote with general admission). It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
