products || booking || payment || delivery ProductsOur 'core' product is providing you a great MotoGP experience! We do this by offering you a tailored package based on products we have carefully selected for each event. To build your weekend, we have a simple equation: tour = package + tickets + extras Tickets are of course your entry to the MotoGP. We offer a great range of track experiences; see more information about VIP options and Tickets. Our packages provide all the services in support of the GP itself: accommodation, track transfers, guide, information. Sometimes we have 'special' packages which included additional services, typically meals. We always have some opening gathering to give us an opporutnity to brief you, for you to ask questions, meet fellow MotoGP fans, and generally get the weekend off to a start. You can book packages for any duration (subject to a minimum) and any dates as long as the night before race day is included (usually Saturday night). See more information on our packages... For nearly all GPs we also offer additional excursions, cultural events, parties, additional transport options (such as helicopters, intercity transfers, taxi pickups) - these we generally refer to a 'extras'. Only in exceptional circumstances will we take cash at the event. Your first payment is due once you confirm your booking. For package bookings, you pay 50% deposit. Deadlines for confirmation are based on how soon the event is:

When we receive a payment, we will email you a receipt. We will send you a proforma invoice showing all payments and due dates. We do not issue VAT invoices unless requested by a European VAT registered business. Please note that we operate under the tour operators margin scheme for VAT thus VAT paid through us is generally unrecoverable. All payments to us are held in an escrow account which we cannot touch until the event is over and you have left our care. DeliveryOnce you are fully paid we will deliver products. Tickets are delivered according to your request:
Tickets are posted about 4-6 weeks before the event (depending on the circuit). VIP VIllage tickets are posted about 3 weeks in advance. We do not put VIP Village tickets in ordinary post. We will also email joining instructions to package customers 1-2 weeks before the event. |
