REMEMBER: PRICES ARE QUOTED WITHOUT TICKETS. You may choose any ticket with any package when booking.With four hotels in Valencia in 3*, 4* and 5* categories, you can be sure we have a package for your style and budget. You can book any number of nights (a minimum, usually 3 nights, applies), arriving any day (as long as Saturday night is included); with single, double or triple occupancy in most packages. Children occupying a room with parents usually get a substantial discount

Which Valencia MotoGP package?
Classic is great for getting the full benefits of our staff and package, but keeping hotel costs down. Great for bikers: the hotel has an underground secure garage. This is the package for the serious moto-heads!
Superior is one of our 4* hotels, and really ideal for those intending to spend a little time exploring the city or just value a bit more comfort. Tends to be better for families as there are more facilities, and a bit quieter. Also the venue for our opening party.
Deluxe is simply the best Valencia has to offer. The hotel is brilliant. For VIPs and anyone seeking to impress.
All packages can be tailored to your exact needs; and for groups of 10 or more we can do a special quotation.
NEW in 2010: We have a special flight-inclusive package from IRELAND specifically for the many Irish who always come out to support our Irish charity party Friday and catch the last party of the year!

For the top experience of the Valencia MotoGP, only our Deluxe package will satisfy. We use the top boutique 5* hotel in Valencia, home base to several MotoGP teams and a member of the exclusive 'leading hotels of the world' club. The hotel offers a gym, therapy pool (only available for adults), sauna, hammam, relaxing area, aromatherapy and color therapy shower, and eight multifunctional treatment rooms... If you can drag yourself away, our package features our Friday charity reception with top speakers and auction, VIP shuttle service on Saturday and Sunday (optional complementary transfer on Friday), private dedicated VIP guide, embroidered Valencia Polo Shirt and airport pickup. If you want a great weekend with all the hard bits handled for you, and you want to spend it in better comfort, then the Superior package is for you. This is in a 4* city hotel with all mod cons, including restaurant, a very popular bar, outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre with sauna, and secure private indoor parking. The hotel is within easy reach of the city centre, and is on the main road from the city to the track, so it makes getting in and out pretty simple. (We also enjoy priority bus access, making it about 30 minutes into the track on Sunday!) Come early and join our optional Friday Valencia tour! Our package includes: 3 nights (or more) 4* bed and breakfast; Friday opening party; Track transfers Sat/Sun (optional Fri); on site guide and special Valencia Polo Shirt. For years we have been coming to Valencia, basing ourselves in a great location just out of the city centre (but very easy access via metro or 45 minute walk); and on the way to the track. We enjoy priority bus access, making it about 30 minutes into the track on Sunday! Great non-touristy pubs and restaurants abound, plenty of secure parking and walking distance to our opening party venue makes this a very convenient and cost-effective way to enjoy the closing GP in the company of many MotoGP fans! Our package includes 3 nights B&B, Friday opening charity party (pictured) with food, drink, guest speaker(s) and live auction; track transfers Saturday & Sunday (Friday optional), special Valencia souvenirs, our programme and expert guide on hand 24hr to help you with anything or just point you to our favourite pubs! Extra nights are available for a song; and single rates are quite good. We can organise airport collection and any special requirements. |

We run a very special flight-inclusive version of our Classic package for the Valencia MotoGP specifically for our Irish clientele. We host a big charity party for Down Syndrome Ireland on Friday night at Valencia - always features celebrities and a great auction to raise money for the kids. And of course lots of food and drink! We are flying as a group from Dublin on Friday before the race for 3 nights in Valencia, returning Monday (exact details TBC). The package includes the flights (hold luggage extra cost), all ground transport, 3 nights B&B in a 3* hotel, grandstand tickets, the opening party, track transfers Saturday and Sunday, our special merchandise and of course the attentions of our guides all weekend! Loads of options, including upgrades to 4* or 5* packages, more parties, good single room cost, and great child rates! |

It's a short weekend. Join us to get the most from it!
You can spend a lot of time organising hotels, tickets, ground transport, and arrive with no one to help you, provide advice, offer cool evening options... or you can have us sort it all in a matter of a few minutes. The choice is yours. We do a lot of work to find the best value accommodations, transport, parties and great 'extras'. At our top event in we had over 800 people in our packages (16 buses!). So as we say:
You follow the action, you drink the beer, we do the rest!
We cannot over-stress the value of being able to draw on our 8+ years of experience at over 100 MotoGP events; both pre-sale and on site. Our staff is on on hand to help smooth out all issues for the weekend and deal with an special requests you might have (and we have handled some weird ones!)The most common compliment we get is the unexpected 'social' benefit experienced in bringing together like-minded people, introducing them to each other and often to very interesting people from the MotoGP world. YOU ONLY GET THIS IF YOU JOIN OUR PACKAGES!
A PACKAGE IS NOT A HOTEL ROOM!
Yes, if you just buy a hotel room it will be cheaper. This is not what we are offering. Of course our packages include accommodation -- and we have carefully selected our hotels and have a relationship with the management to help maintain flexibility and top services -- but this is only one portion of a whole weekend experience. You will feel the 'buzz' of the package; feel like you are part of something, a little closer to the 'centre' of the action. Expect the unexpected! Anything that opportunity throws in our path we share with our package customers.
All our packages include:
- Ensuite B&B amongst best in its class (2 or 3 night minimum depends on event)
- Transfer to and from the track on Qualifying and Race days
- 24hr access to our guides/reps
- Opening reception or similar social event so you can meet fellow moto-heads
- Souvenir (depending on class), such as Event Polo shirt
- Our own programme, ticket lanyard
- Options for extra nights, room upgrades (usually), provisions for families
- And of course you are first on the list for any of our extra offerings and activities
