MotoGP VIP & Hospitality

The first thing to know about Valencia VIP is that it sells out VERY QUICKLY.
The Valencia MotoGP VIP Village is one of the best of the tournament, with a private pavilion near the paddock and a private VIP grandstand right at the entry to turn 1, very close to the bikes for great close-up views. Because of the high demand for these tickets, we usually only sell as part of a package. If you are thinking of a VIP visit to Valencia, you may book a package with tickets from us, and then alter your package, nights, etc later in the year (space of course permitting) Locking in the tickets is your primary concern early on.
There is a new Hospitality option which sits above the pit garages. While not as swank as the VIP Village, it is still a good option for groups.
Speaking of Valencia VIP Packages, we offer even more options this year than in the past. Our Deluxe Package is at the exquisite 5* Westin, and features our top guide, private transfers and airport pickups.
If you are looking for in-paddock hospitality, consider our 'Team Experience' packages putting you in the heart of the MotoGP paddock; or the awesomely fun and privileged 'MotoGP Nights' dinner with the team Saturday night.
For the top experience of the Valencia MotoGP, only our Deluxe package will satisfy. We use the top boutique 5* hotel in Valencia, home base to several MotoGP teams and a member of the exclusive 'leading hotels of the world' club. The hotel offers a gym, therapy pool (only available for adults), sauna, hammam, relaxing area, aromatherapy and color therapy shower, and eight multifunctional treatment rooms... If you can drag yourself away, our package features our Friday charity reception with top speakers and auction, VIP shuttle service on Saturday and Sunday (optional complementary transfer on Friday), private dedicated VIP guide, embroidered Valencia Polo Shirt and airport pickup. Welcome to the Inside world of MotoGP! One of the top benefits for our loyal ClubGP members is the opportunity to spend a day or weekend in the paddock as a guest of one of our sponsored teams! Our expert guide will give you a private guided tour of the paddock. We will pay a visit to the pit of the team, where you will have a tour and can watch the action and introduce you to the rider(s) (circumstances permitting). You will have the run of the paddock with a paddock pass (MotoGP paddock available only to supporters of a MotoGP team at European events) and will receive special team souvenirs to commemorate your visit. Your team may be in the Moto3, Moto2, or MotoGP championship.
At European events you will enjoy team hospitality in the paddock with lunch and drinks. Weekend MotoGP team experience also include the MotoNight dinner in the paddock on qualifying day. Places are very strictly limited. Children 10 and under free with adult.

Join us for a VERY EXCLUSIVE dinner on Saturday (Fri in Assen) night at the MotoGP. Accompanied by our expert guide, you will be a special guest of one of our partner teams (usually San Carlo Honda Gresini) for the evening. We start with a guided tour around 5.30pm after the action on the track. You will have complete access to the full MotoGP paddock, a tour of the MotoGP pit, an opportunity to meet the team riders and crew; and use of the hospitality, including beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits. An excellent buffet dinner is served right INSIDE the MotoGP paddock, where normally only teams and riders congregate. Some cool merchandise and a chance to collect posters and other souvenirs is all part of it. At many events, there is a bit of a 'paddock party' to which of course you will be welcome to join. Even just the very rare ability to see MotoGP 'after hours' will be an experience to treasure! We provide transport back to our package hotels. Needless to say, places at this are VERY limited. Our parties are now a firm favourite with our customers at all events, and as one of our biggest Valencia is extra special. This year we are dedicating the bash in support of Down Syndrome Ireland, who themselves are bringing several lucky supporters to the GP through the sponsorship of Pole Position Travel. The party kicks off with drinks and a buffet dinner. We have several guest speakers and some surprise riders (Past Irish celebs have included Eugene Laverty, Eddie Laycock, Ryan Farquhar) to shed light on the current and upcoming seasons. In 2011 we will also have British comic actor DANNY JOHN-JULES and BBC Presenter MATT ROBERTS, as well as others. The highlight of the evening will be an auction of rare and unique signed motogp-related merchandise! Music and dancing will ensure that you linger long to meet fellow enthusiasts. We provide transport from our hotels to the event, and run a shuttle bus back to our hotels and the city centre. |

Keep the weekend alive! Come back up to the track to catch the first testing of the new bikes and riders for next year! Most teams and riders will be on hand for this relaxing day at the track. You WILL meet them, as our private tour takes you to the track as a guest of our MotoGP team partners San Carlo Honda Gresini. You will have FULL MotoGP paddock access, be given a tour of the pit and can watch the proceedings from there; have full access to their hospitality, including drinks and light snacks. You will also eat lunch in the MotoGP paddock with the team. We have engaged a journalist who will join us for lunch to give us insights on what is happening at the tests and the MotoGP world in general. The tour includes our private expert guide on hand, and transport to and from the circuit as a group (we depart from our package hotels) We always end up back at one of our favourite locals for a wind-down pint or two and a great meal - and often a few paddock people join us!
