Date announced by organisers. All package prices are based on 2023 levels, subject to confirmation. We guarantee no more than 10% variance in price; else any deposit is 100% refundable. Ticket prices are estimates based on 2023, and subject to change. In the event of >10% change you may opt for another ticket, or request refund of the ticket portion.

Terms and conditions when booking this event
Our general terms and conditions apply, however as modified thus:
For bookings which include a package: Special terms for bookings in advance of publication of official dates for tour package bookings. We will take a 20% deposit, then 30% in December, and the balance 3 months before the event. Note final prices are to be confirmed, and the second deposit will not be payable until all prices are finalised. In the event the final price is more than 10% of the original quotation or the official date differs, you may cancel free of obligation and any deposit will be returned. Should the event, once announced, be moved or cancelled outwith our control, any deposit paid may be moved to any other event, however we cannot offer refund.
For all other bookings: Special terms for bookings in advance of publication of official dates for ticket-only bookings. We will take a 50% deposit, then balance once final prices are confirmed (usually December). In the event the final price is more than 10% of the original quotation, or the official date differs, you may cancel free of obligation and any deposit will be returned. Should the event, once announced, be moved or cancelled outwith our control, any deposit paid may be moved to any other event, however we cannot offer refund.
Please note that all our products can be quoted and booked online. This is generally faster than manual bookings. Online bookings do NOT require immediate payment but allow for later changes; your booking is secured for several days permitting you to make any further plans or adjustments prior to payment. An email with your secure payment link will be sent to you.
